The king is tensed because, his kingdom's medicine is being unaccepted by the people of the kingdom of VATSA. He wants someone to confirm, about the problems of the people of that kingdom. they are also accusing the meds for the causing agent of other diseases. The meds given by yn can't be harmful, and if this reviews of that village spread then the policy proposed by yn would be destroyed.
