Vance POV
I heard crying from my sisters room I knocked in the door "come in" I hear her says "whats wrong" I ask her "dad hit me" she say hugging me tight crying in my white shirt getting marcara on it but I didn't care "he what" I asked "he hit me, more like punched me" she said crying "look at me" I say "your gonna be okay, Ill keep you safe" I look her blues teary eyes.
"Dad" I say looking at him "what" he says in anger tone "why the fuck did you punched y/n" I asked getting angry "because she talked back" he said "that's not a good excuse dad, she's 14, she's going to do that all teenage do" I said to "look your 18 so therefore you should be living on your own, not here, you don't need to protect your little sister all your life" he say getting in my face "look, im keeping her safe from you, I can move out and take her with me" I yell at him "no you can't" he says yelling back "YES I CAN, I CAN TAKE HER AND LEAVE I HAVE AN APARTMENT BY WHERE I WORK" I yell.
I go to y/n's room and tell her to pack some clothes, and what ever elsa she needs, I take her with me and I go to the police station and get my dad In prison.
"The house goes to Vance Hopper, due to him, being 18, since there no mother figure You, Vance will get full custody of your sister until she 18" the judge says.
Me and y/n move in and live our lifes.
