Chapter 13: Moon's Mind

Chapter 13: Moon's Mind

After managing to get himself together and picking himself up he stumbled his way to where he was originally heading, Sun watched as he left to his destination which was one of the rooms he decided to put a bed in there for some reason.

Hoping that his computer was in there somewhere cause the one in his arm is rather very scrambled from whatever happened to it.

His eyes drifted around the room searching for it until he looked down and saw it on the floor. He doesn't remember putting it there but he went and picked it up calmly.

He took the computer and sat on the bed with it laying on his lap before searching behind his head to find a specific wire. He tugged it lightly making sure he didn't grab the wrong one and connected the wire into his computer.

As he was going through his files he finds what he was looking for on the computer. Moon remembers all of his code and to see something he doesn't know that is shown that there is a new program that was installed, 100% he could tell that was Eclipses doings.

Thinking to himself he could just rip the code out of his systems and be done with it but he soon remembers that Sun had spoken to this thing and it seemed to be sentient enough to almost be like Eclipse, from what he had seen while being outside of his body. This Lunar person didn't seem to be evil, but just simply following commands.

Like how Sun told him to turn around and he did so willingly, way too willingly...

Did he seriously made something so naive?
The blue jester was confused, he doesn't understand any of this. Is this trick? Why is Eclipse acting so differently? Sure he still wants the star but he's been more passive lately... Usually he would throw in a threat and mock him but Eclipse is definitely not like how he was at the beginning.

Groaning to himself he slammed his computer shut before bringing up his palms up to his face, rubbing his static face. Too much is happening in 2 months alone, and now he has to talk to this Lunar person.

Who knows maybe there's a chance he might tell me what's up with Eclipse. Not sure if they will, if they're working together.

Setting his laptop aside before fully sitting on the bed to meditate, focusing on the magic he has to project himself into his mind. Moon hasn't tried this as much unlike fire which he loved setting buildings on fire.

Luckily he had some practice when he first tried it with Sun, so he grabbed onto the same feeling before he felt himself slip out of his body.

Blinking open his eyes, he stares at the colorful empty skies before a figure stood out in the colors. 'Dear god were they were very... Bright...' Looking at the figure closely it resembles exactly like him but they are extremely bright, the lights coming off the figure was honestly hurting his eyes.

Trying not act like he isn't blinded by the figure he called out to them, having to walk closer and getting more blinded in the process.

"Whoa, how'd you get in here? Like one minute you were out there and boom! Your here!" The little blue thing raised his arms up in a dramatic effect of a boom.
" Magic, your names Lunar right?"
" Yup, I am. What brings you here though?"
" Just a genuine question, did Eclipse make you?" He watched as Lunar tilted his head at the question before responding.
" Eclipse? OH! Yeah he's my mom."
"... Your... Mom?!?!?"

Staring down in shock and disbelief, Eclipse is a father and has a child?? There's no way... He can't pull any girls if he's in Sun.

"Well technically, he isn't really a fan of me calling him mom. So I just usually call him brother when im with him." Spinning around in a circle with 1 leg balancing him.
" I guess that makes sense, but do you know why Eclipse made you and put you inside of me?"
"ah gee, im not sure if im supposed to tell you but he hasn't told me not too so, im here to keep you company! That way your not stressed all the time."
"Company? Wait your telling me, him of all people is trying to give me some company?"
" Well when you put it like that it sounds like you have no friends"
"... You don't have to point out the obvious... But why is Eclipse doing all this??"

He got some of his answers but even more started showing up as continued to talk to Lunar. He sighed to himself he's going to take a long well deserved break.

"Thank you, for sharing this with me. Is it ok if I come back later if I have any more questions?"
" Sure! Go ahead. Also since im going to be with you the entire time, can I call you and Sun brothers as well?"
" Yeah, you can. I'll go tell him that."
" Yay!! Ok bye brother!! Come back soon!"

He watched as Lunar waved him goodbye happily and he waved back as he grabbed the floating cube, leaving his mind.

Now he was left by himself laying flat on the small bed that totally didn't fit him. 'The kids nice' he thought to himself I forgot to ask Lunar what was up with the lights but he'll ask later, right now he going to take a nap with nobody to disturb him hopefully.
