"Do you understand why I've brought you into my office today, Stanley?"

The dark-haired boy stayed quiet, opting to fiddle nervously with his fingers instead.

This is so dumb.

"You need to learn how to control your emotions, we can't have you acting out the way you are, mkay?" the counselor added.

"I can't imagine it would be easy going through what you are right now, but we need you to learn how to self regulate."

Stan stayed completely still.

"You understand that, right?"

"Yes Mr Mackey."

"M'kay. So, I've got you this." he said, rolling his chair back to look into one of his drawers.

He fished out- a diary? Fuck no.

"I want you to write a little bit in this everyday, m'kay? It might help you to understand why you feel the way you do."

Stan knew exactly why he was feeling the way he was. His sister wouldn't let him catch a break. His parents were annoying shits. And his relationship with Wendy was going to shit. Things just weren't working for him.

No way was Stan writing in a gay little diary anyways, Cartman would never let him live it down.

"Ok, Mr Mackey."

"You can go to your lunch break now, have a good time Stanley, mkay?"

" 'Kay."
