Jin fires his PA and humiliates him in front of everyone at the company because he's gay. His PA was so distraught that he jumped off the top of the company's building and died.
By the death of jin's PA, the police barge into his company to investigate. So jin got irritated and called his father angrily and told him everything that happened and asked him to finish talking to the police as if the death of his PA had nothing to do with this company and that all the policemen should leave his company soon.
Namjoon was very sad when he heard his son's speech. But in order to save his son from this problem, he ended everything by talking to the police as his son told him. Then, because his son hates gay lovers like this because of his mistake, he thought that somehow he should change that idea in his son's mind.
Jin was relieved to see the police leave his company without causing any trouble. Then he started working, but it was difficult for him, because he didn't have a PA to tell him what time his what work was.
So Jin held an interview to be selected as his PA and gave that responsibility to Hoseok, his manager. There were many people who applied for that post, and finally hoseok selected five people and sent them to Jin.
Jin interviewed all 5 people, but he didn't like any of them. So he called his manager and got the rejection list from him and asked the first five people to come for an interview.
Jin started asking questions to the first man, to which the man answered boldly. He liked the way the man answered every question he asked. He then finally asked the man a question, much to the man's shock, "Are you gay?".
to which the man replied, "no, sir".
Jin was very happy with the man's response and decided that he would be perfect as his PA and chose him. Then he called his manager and ordered him to tell everything to the person he had selected.
So hoseok shows the man around the company and then tells the company rules and everything.
Hearing that, Lee Minho thought that he would break the rules and then destroy this company completely and make Jin into nothing as soon as possible.
