So summer is coming up. Time to relax and hang out with friends, go out partying, and spend vacations with your family. I've always enjoyed summer since I enjoy the hot weather and breaking a sweat everyday, but I tend to notice something. I always seem to stay the same every summer.

For the past 17 years when summer comes around I usually just stay inside and maybe go swimming, but recently I've joined this new workout program called Perfromance Course (PC) and I finally realized something. It's time for change.

No more just staying inside the house. No more thinking of myself. No more sitting around doing nothing. It's time for change.

Life never stays the same. Things are constantly changing. Throughout your school years, friends change. It's tough losing your best friend, but it's life and it's what we go through. Your job might change. You start out at the register and 5 years later you're in your own office making six figures. Your personality changes. You may like Sports clothes and two years later you like Converse. Your body changes. You might be over-weight and weak, but then you discover weightlifting and all of a sudden you got muscles. Life is about change and that's something that hit me this year.

I know school is about the end and people will know me for what I did Junior year. I wasn't a bad kid, I was a straight A student who played football. But why not change and become better. This summer is a great opportunity to change into a new man. I know some people won't like the change, but there's always the haters and you learn to ignore them.

Can I pull of my goals?
Yes.
It won't be easy, But nothing is given free in this world. It's called earning it. Unless you win the lottery.
The grind will continue, but all the exhausted days will be worth it when I come out of summer a better person.

Thank you for reading. If you can share please.
