Hadrian, Theo, Elan, and Blaise were currently sitting in their dorm lounging. "So, what do you think of Krum?" Theo asked.
For some odd reason, Hadrian started to blush. "He seems pretty good, doesn't have a big head because of his fame unlike some people in this school." Hadrian said.
"Yeah, I noticed that too. I also noticed you two getting all chummy. What's that all about?" Elan said wiggling his eyebrows.
Hadrian turned around to hide his red face. "Nothing....now shut up and go to bed."

Meanwhile, in the girl's dormitory, Daphne was suffering a similar fate. "Interesting how Fleur sat next to you.." Tracey said suggestively.
"Yes. It was very interesting."
"Don't you think she's a pretty girl, as well?" Tracey replied.
"I guess...now go to bed. It's almost curfew." Daphne said, trying to end the conversation.
"When have you ever cared about curfew Daph?"
"Since now. Good night. I hope the bad bugs bite."

It was time. The champions were being chosen. All of Hadrian's friends, including himself, had put their names in, and they were all anxiously awaiting the results. The three schools had gathered in the Great Hall, and all eyes were on the Goblet. Slowly, it started to turn blue, and wind traveled through the hell. Suddenly a piece of paper flew out of the Goblet and right into Dumbledore's hands. "The champion for Durmstrang is...VIKTOR KRUM!" The hall burst into cheers, and Viktor walked over to the front of the room.
Then the same thing happened and this time, Dumbledore read, "The champion for Beauxbatons is...FLEUR DELACOUR!" Again, the hall burst into cheers, and unfortunately there was some wolf-whistling too this time.
Finally, the last sheet of paper sprung out of the Goblet and it read, "The champion for Hogwarts is...HADRIAN POTTER!" His friends starting cheering like crazy and Hadrian walked to the front with confidence.
The hall was still cheering, but this time there was some shocked and confused faces, too. People still tended to forget that he existed if they weren't in his year or if they weren't in Slytherin. A lot of the Gryffindors were also angry that a Slytherin had been chosen. Oh well, he thought. They would live.
But then, something very peculiar happened. A fourth name flew out of the Goblet and this time it said the name, "HENRY POTTER!" Shit.
He didn't know how to feel about his brother's name being chosen. On one hand, the poor kid has no magical ability and will be lucky to make it out of the tournament alive. On the other hand, he can finally get out of the shadows and make a name for himself, while humiliating the guy who made his childhood a living hell. Okay, maybe the pros outweigh the cons this time, he thought to himself.

When he woke up the next day, he felt like crap. There was a wild party the other night, to celebrate him. Slytherins would finally get a chance to shine, now that the champion was chosen from their house. There was booze, loud music, and very bad dancing. Overall, it was great.
He walked down to the Great Hall with his friends, feeling very happy. When he sat down for breakfast he still felt very happy. Once he read his mail though, his mood did a total 360. "What happened, Hadrian?" Tracey asked. He wordlessly passed over the letter he just read, and waited for his friends to finish reading it.
The letter said:
Dear Mr. Hadrian Potter,
Congratulations for being chosen as one of Hogwarts' champions! I'm sure you will make Great Britain proud. Here is some information that you will need to know for the tournament.
1. You will not know what the first task is. If you do cheat and find out, you will be cast out from the tournament.
2. The school is responsible for any injuries you receive while participating. We have medics there in case of emergencies, because we want you to stay as safe as possible.
3. Because of the irregular circumstances, you will be representing Slytherin and Ravenclaw instead of the entire school. Henry Potter, will be representing Gryffindor and Hufflepuff
4. Your legal guardians have been invited to stay in the castle to watch you participate. They will receive all accommodations free of cost.
That is all. We wish you the best of luck. May you live long and prosper.
"Well damn dude. I guess you're screwed."
"Thanks Blaise. I love how supportive you're being right now." Hadrian replied with a scowl. This was not good at all. His good for nothing parents would be here. In the castle. With him. Worse, they would be reminded of his existence again.
"I guess you'll just have to go with it. Maybe they won't be total bitches this time?" Tracey said.
"Doubt it. But a man can hope."
