It had been three weeks since the groups first drinking party , they continued to meet at Reginas house every other night. Filled with a variety of expensive alcoholic beverages and on an occasion, tears from Bell. The women seemed to be happier in the moments of drunken bliss. No one asking how they were handling the loss of their loved ones and no one giving them sad looks.

And if they did want to share, witch did happen every so often, they were surrounded by people who knew what they were going through.

This night they had decided to have the party at Emmas. The brunette thought it was impossible but they had drunken her out of house and home. "Why couldn't you all have brought your own drinks when we held this at my home?" Regina scoffs.

"I just moved here, i don't have the glorious collection you have." Emma points out while trying to pop off a cork to a champagne bottle.

"I don't have the glorious collection anymore, thanks to the likes of you alcoholics." Regina says snatching the bottle from Emma. "Now, let's get this party started, shall we?" She smiles before popping the cork to the bottle.

"I like the sound of that." Bell smiles. Zelina pulls out her two bottles of tequila, Bell's Three bottles of Jack Daniels, Reginas two bottles of Red wine, and sets them all on Emmas dining room table.

"Ok, ground rules for tonight." Zelina says now grabing glass's from Emmas cabinets. "If you do plan on getting black out drunk let Emma know before hand so she can prepare a bedroom." Zelina continues, mostly talking to Bell. "No tears until after midnight... and, im forgetting something. Oh! Nobody has to work tomorrow?"

Two out of the three women nod. "I actually have to be back in the office at noon." Regina sighs. "Bummer." Bell says pouring herself a large glass.

"You should seriously go to an AA meeting" Emma laughs as she watches Bell.

The women drunk and shared stories for four hours. Surprisingly Bell didn't start crying and was able to sleeping in her own house for the night. Zelina left around two hours in and went home to her daughter and babysitter Ruby. That left Emma and Regina alone in Emmas living room watching "The Walking Dead"

"This show is horrendously incapable of giving any of the characters one moment of peace." Regina sighs. "Its post-apocalyptic, it's not supposed to be fun" Emma chuckles.

The two women sit together on opposite sides of Emmas couch. They had watched two full episodes of the show and shared a bottle of the red wine Regina brought. They had mostly stayed quiet watching the show, but from time to time they shared a laugh, as they joked about the barbaric nature of the film. They didn't know why but they enjoyed each other's company. even if they didn't like each other very much. Regina felt as if she could be free around Emma. She wasn't sad or depressed Regina when she was with the blond. She felt as if Emma made the pain go away.

As for Emma, she was feeling new things about Regina she couldn't explain. She wanted Regina with her at all times of the day. When she was at home alone she couldn't stop thinking of the Brunette and how badly she wants her by her side. She didn't know if it was a growing friendship or maybe...more.

"Do they really expect you to go back to work tomorrow?" Emma asks pausing the show. "Yeah. My assistant hasn't been doing to well on her own." Regina laughs.

"Yeah, but running a whole town? Thats crazy."
"I've actually been thinking about leaving my position as mayor." Regina says standing from the couch. "Really? I meant taking a little more time to yourself not quitting." Emma says fallowing Regina to the kitchen.

"I just don't think paperwork and arguments over budget cuts is how i want to spend my time. I feel like i have other things to deal with." Regina says starting to clean up the bottles and glass's that were leftover from the earlier party.

"So take a longer leave. You cant quit your job every time life gets hard" Emma says helping clean the mess.

"Excuse me?" Regina scoffs and stops to give a glare at the younger woman. "I didn't mean it like that." Emma says walking towards Regina. "Well then what did you mean Miss. Swan?" Regina asks moving closer to the blond to intimidate her, but ends up getting closer than expected.

Emma notices the lack of space between the women and takes a gulp. She cant help but to take a slight glance at the beautiful set of lips in-front of her.

"Just that, you're a strong woman. And if anyone can go through heartbreak and run a town it's you." Emma says trying to keep eye contact.

"Well, i don't need you to kiss my ass Miss. Swan" Regina says with a slight laugh to herself. Emma cant help but to blush from the brunettes remark.

Regina walks back over to her previous station and resume cleaning. Emma sighs and walks to grab the wine glasses on her dining table. "I wasn't ass kissing. I mean it. Plus, Mary Margret Can Not handle another term." Emma jokes.  "I suppose you're right. Who could run this town as well as i do? Regina joins in the laugh and starts to load Emma's Dishwasher.

Emma walks to Reginas side to hand her all the  glass's but one falls.

The glass shatters into a million pieces as it hits the floor. "God damn it Emma." Regina says as she hears the cup drop.

"I didn't mean to, i was just carrying a lot."Emma says setting down the rest of the cups on the counter and rushing to grab a dust pan.

Regina lowers down to collect the broken glass but Emma yells "no don't, i got it!".

"Its just glass." Regina responds picking up the pieces.

"Shit!" Regina yells dropping the shards as she cuts her finger. She stands and hold the finger to her mouth before sucking the blood.

"Why do you have to be so stubborn? I told you not to touch it" Emma sighs rushing over with the dust pan. She sets it on the counter and grabs Reginas wrist to look at the wound. "Why do you have to be a dumb ass? You broke the glass." Regina argues.

"I don't have to treat your cut, smart ass." Emma says walking them to her first aid kit.

"I haven't asked you to. I can heal the cut myself." Regina says yanking her hand from Emmas grasp. "I was just trying to be nice." Emma sighs.

"Yeah, well I didn't ask you too." Regina says waving her hand over the other. In seconds her cut is magically healed. "You don't always have to be an ass hole." Emma says moving closer to the woman.

"You don't always have to be nice." Regina yells lessening the space between the two. "Whats wrong with being nice?" Emma asks growing into a yell as well. Regina notices the lack of space between the Women. She moves her eyes back and forth as she looks at Emmas eyes then her lips. "I told you not to touch the glass! You cut your finger cause you didn't listen to me, then i try to help you and you-" Emma yells back but is cut short by the pair of lips crashing down onto hers.

The kiss started out rough but quickly slowed as Emma deepened it. The kiss lasted longer than Regina had intended.

The blond wrapped her arms around the older woman's waist as Regina ran her fingers through her hair. Regina broke for air for a split second before starting another kiss.

The second kiss lasted a little longer than the first and was broken my Emma. She looked down into Regina's eyes. They were deeper and she saw something she had never seen in the woman before. Emma wanted to pull the other woman into another kiss but she felt a wave of guilt wash over her.

"Whats wrong?" Regina asks reading Emma expression. "I think you should leave." Emma says leaving Reginas embrace. "Im sorry i didn't mean to-"

"Please"

Regina nods and poofs away.

Emma Rushes over to her couch and starts to feel tears form in her eyes.

(How could i? Whats wrong with me?) she thought to herself as a warm tear fell down her cheek
