The next day Athena started the investigation into her sister's death. She talked with everyone who had been with her sister on the day of her death.

Athena knew the castle well, for she had grown up in it until she had been old enough to move out at 18.

Her sister's former fiancé, Prince Louis, had offered to help Athena with her investigation. Athena gratefully excepted the help; she couldn't do all of this on her own.

The servants weren't much help; so, Athena and Louis decided to check out Violet's bedroom, where she was found dead. Of course, the Queen refused to let them go into Violet's room.

Athena sighed as she and Louis walked out of the throne room.

"Honestly she's such a prick sometimes," Athena complained.

Louis stifled a laugh and said, "Well who said anything about needing her permission for doing anything?"

Athena smiled and started running to her sister's bedroom.
