"Me! Jealous of him? How could he assume such a thing!?" I ask Sirius fuming.
"You know how James is. He's almost worse than me when it comes to flirting. Just ignore it Ly."
"How am I supposed to ignore it-" "How are you NOT supposed to ignore it?" Sirius asks cutting me off.
"Your soooo much help Siri." "I know."
I giggle at my brothers remark. "You better get back before James starts asking about his cloak!" I shoo him out of the door.
"Hands off this is fragile cargo!" Sirius says waving his hands at himself before throwing the cloak over his head and walking out.
"And for the record, the only reason you can't ignore it is because you don't want to!" Sirius calls over his shoulder.
"Get out you dog!" I laugh back throwing a pillow at where the sound of his voice came from.

I wake up the next morning tired, like usual, but feeling unusually like crap. Great, just great. The full moon was coming.
I drag myself out of bed to go take a shower, and about an hour or so later I get out of the shower, a string of unholy words streaming from my mouth as the cold air hits my body.
Wrapping a towel around myself, I walk to my bed to grab some clean clothes and my bad and I head back to the bathroom to get ready. I comb through my hair with great difficulty before realizing I haven't dryed it yet. I roll my eyes at myself before casting a drying spell on my hair and continue brushing it out.
I pull it up into two messy dutch braids with a few loose strands framing my face. Then I put on some mascara and lipgloss not feeling like getting dolled up today before I brush my teeth. Being the idiot I am, once I finish brushing my teeth I re apply my lipgloss before getting dressed for classes.

"Good morning students!" Slughorns voice booms too loudly in my ears. I sit down next to Remus placing my bag down on the floor beside me. "Morning," he says through a yawn.
"Morning." I put my chin in my hands and look up towards Slughorn, praying Sirius will keep his attitude in check today, I don't feel like apologizing in a day or so.
"I have decided instead of pairs we will be doing your project in groups of five!" Remus and I groan as the other Murauders come over to our table loudly. "Hello my lovely most favoritest sibling ever!" Sirius says happily sitting down next to me. "And Lyra too I guess," I glare at him.
"I was only joking you're my favorite."
"And what about Reggie?"
"Well....you know."
I roll my eyes again and lean my head on Remus' shoulder. "So what potion are we making?" Peter asks the group.
"Amortentia Peter. We went over this last potions class!" James says with a mock sigh.
"Stop arguing you're gonna wake the love birds up!" Sirius says pointing over to a very awake me.
"Lovebirds?" Remus asks, his head on mine.
The other three laugh loudly drawing Slughorns attention towards our group. "What seems to be so funny?" His loud voice says across the room causing those who weren't already looking to turn their heads towards us.
"Lyra and Remus!" Peter says proudly. "They might as well be dating!" Sirius pips in.
"Lyra and Remus? No way, it's so obvious she fancies Sirius!"
"Sirius? That's her brother you walnut!" I hear a faint smack and an even fainter "ow."
"I think she fancies James! Have you seen the way she looks at him!?" A familiar voice calls out.
That little traitor! Looks like I'll be having Lily's head on my wall soon.... I'm joking! Or am I...
"Instead of betting on who Lyra fancies let's work on our potions!" Remus says in a commanding voice, coming to my rescue once again.
I hear a clatter of metal as everyone scurries to do something. I sit up, Sirius go get the ingredients, James get the equipment, Peter, just....stay still. And Remus can do whatever because his intelligence passes that of a goldfish." I snap towards my group.
"Ok Asteria and Moony get it!" Peter says encouragingly. I snicker, Peter was adorable. He was a pity intake but we're all glad we took him in. "I don't get why you guys have stuck me with the name Asteria."
"Probably because you look like a goddess and you were already named after a star, it's only fitting." James says with a playful grin.
"I look more like a goddess than her!" Sirius says loudly once again drawing attention from the rest of the class.
Remus smacks his arm and tells him to be quiet as we all begin working, making jokes and messing around for a while.
"We are finished professor!" One of the Gryffindors say standing up as they carry their potion to Slughorn.
"Very good! Now we are going to come up one by one and say what this potion will smell like to each of you guys!" He says way too excitedly to be sober.
He lists of a few names of people I don't know before he calls out Sirius.
"Sirius my boy! What do you smell in the potion?" There is a small pause before Sirius answers.
"Broom polish, cigarettes, rain, and green apples!" Sirius announces proudly before turning four different shades of red in under five seconds, making eye contact with Marlene.
