My family moved here about 4 years ago, but before we get into the recent tea and information lets go all the way back to when I first stepped foot on my new apartment porch. We pulled up and everyone was outside. Kids, teens, parents, everyone. My cousin was with us, his name is Hunter you'll understand why you needed to know that later. Once we moved everything inside me and my sister got bored inside the house while my mom and stepdad was fixing everything and putting everything and up. So, we went outside, we went to the park that's literally right next to my apartment, anyways we go swing and we see a tall, light skin girl with her little sibling outside, I told my sister "I'm gunna go be friends with her, are you coming with me?" "Girl, no you know I can't talk to people" she replies. Fine I say, I yell "Heyy, we just moved in wanna be friends?" She looks around for confirmation I'm talking to her. "Me??" I giggle, yes you. "Sure" We start talking and my sister finally says something too. It was like this for almost 2 months, outside everyday all night just talking.
One day we go outside like normal but today everyone is outside. AGAIN. So, I ask our friend whose name is Gracy, "Who all these people?" She looks over to see who all it is, "So the light skin one with the short hair nd braces is my boy bsf, Ricky. The others are just little ki-" she gets interrupted by someone coming up behind us. "Hey Gracy, who's this?" These are my friends, she replies with. "Specifically, I'm talking about the light skin one here." With me being the only other light skin, I knew he was talking about me. "I'm Winter" I say, with hesitation. "Nice to meet you I'm Ke" We shake hands. "This is my cousin Win, but where is your brother?" He looks around, then he shrugs his shoulders signaling he doesn't know. A few minutes pass by, watching the boys play football, I see a light skin boy come around the corner. "Who's that???" I ask. "Ohhh that's Ke's brother JJ!" she yells. The boy runs down the hill. "Wassup." He says, out of breath. His voice though. Anyways. "Dis my friend Winter, her sister in da house I'll introduce y'all later." I look up at him since I'm shorter on the swing. "What's good Win" he says, as he holds out his hand. "Nothing much, the gentlemen act must run in da family, huh?" He laughs a little. "I guess so, but I like to think I'm better wit it." he replies. We all laugh and enjoy the night. Just a little note though, the whole day the Ke dude was flirting with me. He kept asking me for my number, Instagram, Snapchat anything he could get his hands on to be honest. He got rejected every time though, because I thought his brother was fine, me and JJ was laughing and everything, we went on a walk just us two and talked about stuff. Day by Day JJ came to down to our apartment side. We would talk and his brother would just be riding my dick to be honest. I started talking to my cousin Hunter again, i mentioned the boy who wouldn't leave me alone, "His name Ke." I spoke. "Nah you trippin Win." he says. "What you talm bout Hunt? You know him or sumn?" he looks at me like I sound crazy. "Do I know him...that's my brother Bruh." I look surprised but manage out a laugh. "How you know we talm bout the same person?" "Lemme see him den. He outside right now?" I shake my head yes and flip my camera. "Yes, that's my brother dude. KE!" he yells out. He walks toward my direction. "I hear my name?" I look at JJ. "Ye here." I hand him the phone. The start talking, short story... they are brothers. JJ starts laughing out loud and running around because he can't believe I'm practically related to Ke and he was chasing me the whole time, Ke is wordless.
Months later, nothing between me and JJ changed. I mean after all we aren't related, at all actually. One night Ke wasn't there with us. Just me and my sister with him at night. I'm on his back as were laughing, hoping he doesn't drop me. I get down. "Hold on, I'll be back I need to talk to your sister. Alone." I nod. They walk and talk. Then they go inside my house and talk to my mom. He comes back out. "About time, I was starting to think you weren't coming back." We giggle. "I have to ask you something, but I don't want you to stop talking to me or I don't want it to get weird." I roll my eyes. "Boy, go ahead and talk ain't nothing gonna make me stop talking to you." he blows his breath. "I like you, and I want you to be my girlfriend, I already talked to your mom about it. So. Will you be my girlfriend?" he asks. "Of course, JJ!" I hug him. We sit outside for a little bit longer then it's time for him to go in. The next day his mom comes to my house, introduces herself, her and my mom talk. His mom ask's if he can stay at my house for the night because she has places to go. He stays the night we laugh, eat, watch movies, next thing you know we fall asleep. After that you might Aswell say he lived with us, he was always there, or always with me in general. We were perfect. That later changed once we grew up though. After we dated for about one year, we broke up.
