She was smart, attractive, talented...damn near perfect....just not for him, she thought understanding him would be easy, that if she dissected his mind, she would know what he wanted, know him, that he would come around soon enough and she would get that happy ending she's always been waiting for, but there was nothing to understand, they were just in two different places, he didn't feel the way about her that she did about him, she was in it for the long run, he was in it for the moment, he knew exactly what she wanted but he couldn't give it to her, well at least right now, he had a lot of growing up to do, he hated to waste her time, didn't want this to be a repeat of her last relationship, but it was already too late, months passed and nothing changed (sitting in a parked car...symbolizes that their relationship wasn't going nowhere, see how his chair is laid back, he's content in this space that he's in right now where as her seat is raised up as she is all for a serious relationship) but he couldn't deny the fact that he loved her presence, wanted to keep her around (you might of thought she was holding his hand, but it's him holding hers, also if you look closely, the song that's playing on the radio is Drake- Doing it wrong) just not as his possession, he could count on her, trust her, but knew if they were ever to get in something serious they would be risking it all, their friendship...relationship, he thought she deserved better, but she wasn't trying to hear that, she let her insecurities consume her...it made her become pushy, forceful...giving him an ultimatum which made him uncomfortable...started to distance himself, go astray...validating his absence with a bunch of inexcusable excuses, turning the blame on her, convincing her that's she's crazy and he's innocent...but this whole time he was wrong...for letting it get this far...letting someone he knew he didn't want to be with fall hard for him, should have called it off before it started but he was a people pleaser, didn't want to be the cause of her broken heart, but either way he still broke it...unintentionally
