Chapter 3

With a tierd sigh the dovahkiin asks if paarthurnax and odahviing could drop her and those that accompanied her down from the mountain where sculdafen is located with a nod the two dovah assist them getting down

With a nod the dovahkiin thanks paarthurnax and odahviing her and her party watching them fly off knowing that riften would be at least a day's walk she starts setting up a camp much to the surprise of some of her presant company

Hanabusa being the first to ask "um what are you doing alduin shouldn't we i don't know go to the nearest town " smiling slightly she looks at him "we'll camp hear for the night as it's not safe to travel skyrim at night get some rest we'll set out first light we have a day's walk ahead of us tomorrow"

With some grumbling about having to camp out from some of the night class students everyone goes to set up there own bedrolls courtesy of the dovahkiin as she had more then enough spares in her personal pocket dimension inventory kaname however aprotches her yagari following close behind as well

"So what exactly happened when you took down that dragon" kaname asks while yagari and the rest of the night class listen with intrest with a sigh alduin stops her current task of straightening out a bear pelt to sleep on and takes a seat on sead pelt

"When a dovah or in my case a dovahkiin kills a dragon there soul would be absorbed or consumed for lack of a better term by the dovahkiin or dovah that  kills them " silence rained in the camp as everyone was now looking at alduin with out right shock even kaname couldn't keep his reaction neutral

"So your telling us you basically ate that dragons very soul " shiki asks whit some suspicion to witch the dovahkiin mearly nods " indeed tho it's exclusive to dovah or another dovahkiin in my case "

The night class students exchange looks before looking to kaname for a desision on the new information they have just been given even yagari devering to him tho he would have to report this to the hunters association when the got back

With a sigh kaname seas calmly "she's of no threat to us unless we go after her first she's the youngest of the night class as such i expect you all to look out for her " he looks at the dovahkiin with a soft smile "i hope you know you can rely on us" he shifts his atention to yagari "yagari make sure the association knows that alduin is under my direct protection " yagari nods feeling somewhat protective of the dovahkiin as well

The night class including yagari bow in acknowledgment alduin aprotches kaname and bows her head in respect "you have my thanks kaname and while you and the other's are hear or whenever you or one of the night class wishes to visit skyrim know you're under the protection of the dovahkiin I'll have it be known when we reach riften " she looks at paarthurnax and odahviing and to some of the other dragons perched around the aria" let it be known to all " the dovah that accompanied them to there camp nod in acknowledgment and roar there  acceptance before taking wing to carry out their thuri's command

Hanabusa complains rubbing his ear "man there loud did they have to roar like that " the dovahkiin chukles as the others smile " it's how dovah are in general even i get the urge from time to time " the other's give a chukle even the usually stoic kaname

The following day just as the sun starts to rise alduin is up doing her usual morning routine she sees yagari and kaname by the fire after getting warmed up she joins them greeting them warmly

"Morning kaname,yagari i hope you both had a good evening " she seas with a smile kaname gives a nod as yagari sighs kaname being the one to reply "we rested well enough alduin i hope you did as well your up rather early "

With a smile and a beep breath of skyrims cool air the dovahkiin replies "i did indeed im up early so i can do some hunting im also planing to send word to serana volkihar to make sure you and yours are well supplied " kaname and yagari both look slightly confused the dovahkiin chukles before clarifying

"Serana is a vampire and now the head of the volkihar clan im sure you remember my mentioning of harkon kaname" kaname nods a little less confused while yagari raises a brow "they should be easily able to supply the night class students with blood " yagari and kaname both look slightly shocked at how easily the dovahkiin could bring up supplying vampires with blood

Getting slightly angry yagari makes his thoughts known "how can you so casually talk like that what happens to the people that will have to give up their  blood "kaname sighs at yagari's hostility against his kind before the Dragonborn remarks in a monotone almost emotionless voice " condemned criminals and thalmore there life is forfit either way at least this way they still have some value " stunned and reeling from his now youngest students words

Yagari's anger gets the best of him and pulls his gun on her leveling it at hear head "how can you be so cold and cruel  how the hell can you just so casually say something like that there humans " by this point the rest of the night class students have gathered slightly nervous about yagari

The dovahkiin closes her eye's with a deep sigh before looking icely at yagari before leveling a shout at him " faas" with that single word yagari bigins to tremble uncontrollably unable to use his wepons "listen and listen well yagari i have seen the world and society for what it truly is a ruse i have lived through 2 pointless war's war's started becuse theas people you so defend just becuse they want power and to exert there will no matter how meany they killed " the dovahkiin looks at yagari with a  look and feeling of great killing intent "don't come preaching to me about the sanctity of life when you don't know what they have done" the dovahkiin clenches her fist hard enough to draw blood before she turns away grabbing her wepons declaring she's going for a hunt

The night class students and kaname look at yagari with some hostility and disappointment suddenly theres a loud roar and a rumble as two familiar dragons land near the camp the old grey one being the first to speak "i see the dovahkiin is quite upset may i inquire as to why" with a sigh kaname makes his way to the dragon and exsplans what transpired with a huff and derisive chukle the red dragon odahviing looks at yagari "your lucky the dovahkiin has learned restraint in her meany battles if not she would've cut you down without hesitation "

Hanabusa slightly shocked and uneasy asks" surely she's not that hostile " with a sigh the red and greay dragon's look at one another then back to the gathered sosnak and human before replying " she was not always so krah so cold but after the losses she has aus ko kein suffered in war she has become rather dangerous and dilos lethal when rahgot angered she has seen her sos brod her blood family slain at the hand of those that wished to control and use the dovahkiin as a wepon for there own twisted goles so be careful not to bring up sutch while she has learned restraint she has little patience "

Suddenly a loud shout could be heard followed by the smoke of a large fire with haste yagari kaname and the night class students rush to find out what was going on to come apon the sigh of the dovahkiin slaughtering a band of humans most of whom look burnt to char a few dead by her swords  as she cuts down the last of her oponets she sheaths her blades and goes towards a overturned carriage speaking softly she comes over to the group with a 8 year old pair of twins before exsplaning

" bunch of bandits killed there perants i came across this when i was hunting " she looks at kaname before erging the kids to go to him kaname looks slightly shocked when the two hug him while crying " go back to camp i need to get cleaned off then we can head for rifften " she gestures towards her bloody gear and wepons some of the night class students looking uneasy at all the blood in the area and on there youngest member not having exspected her to be at ease having just killed at least 10 bandits on her own half of witch burnt badly

Kaname nods stoically getting there group back to camp with a single command taking along the children
