General Information: Veronica Holland Vanderbilt (born November 27, 1991) is an American actress, singer, songwriter and model. Her career has been characterized by critical and popular success in her youth.
In 2007, Vanderbilt was named by Time magazine among 100 most influential people in the world, and from 2009 to 2021, she was listed by Forbes as Hollywood's highest-paid actresses.
At the age of five, she made her acting debut in Disney's Hocus Pocus in 1993. In 2007, Vanderbilt portrayed Cecilia Tallis in the romantic film Atonement, for which she was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress and won a BAFTA Award.
She then went on to star in the horror film Death Proof (2007); for the latter she was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress in A Leading Role.
She gained global recognition for being a member of the Vanderbilt family.
Vanderbilt was the 2008 Playmate of the Month for July and the Playmate of the Year for 2008. She was Miss October in 2009 and won Playmate of the Year in 2009. She was once again Playmate of the Month in 2010 and 2012 and was Playmate of the Year for both years.
