After a week:
It had been almost a week after Akshu had joined Birla hospital. Aru, Neil, Abhi and Akshu had bonded preety well with each other they made sure that they have lunch together and would try to leave the hospital at the same time.
In the hospital:
Neil came to Akshu's cabin after asking her if she was free.
Neil: May I come in Doctor
Akshu: yes Doctor Neil please come in
Both of them laugh as they had stopped being formal with each other.
Akshu: kahiye kaise yaad kiya aapne mujhe
Neil: wanted to discuss about a case with you suggestion chahiye tha
Akshu: ha ha bolo na
Neil tells her about a small boy who had stopped eating and talking properly even though he was physically fine. Both of them sit and discuss about how to deal with him that is when Abhi enters her cabin and is unhappy that Neil is already there because he wouldn't get alone time with her.
Neil: hello Bhai, aap yaha?
Abhi: ha wo bas yaha se gujar raha tha to socha hi bolke chala jata hu
Neil: ohhh yaha se aap gujar rahe the... Let me remind you Dr Abhimanyu Birla aapka aur mera cabin 2nd floor pe hai
Abhi: ha lekin main wo round lagane aya tha
Neil: acchaaaa?
Abhi: waise tum dono kya discuss kar rahe the?
Akshu: wo Neil needed some help with his case
Abhi: okay
Neil: okay chalo I am going aur aaj main lunch ke time pe nahi rahunga aur Arohi said that she'll be in the OT so I guess it just you too so enjoy
And he walks out before getting hit by his dear brother
Akshu: ye Neil bhi na sudhrega nahi
Abhi: I Swear
Akshu: waise aap yaha tak kaise pahunch gaye
Abhi: tumhari personality hai hi aisi ke main khicha chala aa gaya
Akshu: Oooooo are you flirting with me?
Abhi: does it look like?
Akshu: yes it does
Abhi: so how good am I?
Akshu: 6 on 10
Abhi: that is preety good well then I should thank you?
Akshu: thank me?
Abhi: yes
Akshu: for what?
Abhi: I am learning from you so you deserve that appreciation
Akshu: acchaaaa, then Doctor you still have a lot to learn
Abhi: then we should start spending some more time with each other, I want to be an expert at flirting
Akshu: accha? Expert ban ke kisse flirt karoge?
Abhi: tumse hi karunga, Sikh bhi usi ke liye raha hu
Akshu looks at him a with a surprise, Abhi just smiles looking at her widened eyes
Abhi: looks like I have successfully managed to shock my teacher, I'll see you for the next class during lunch bye
Akshu:(blushes) bye
Abhi's pov: okayyyyyy Abhiiiiii what in the world was that? I hardly used to speak to any girl and now I am flirting, what the hell. What am I doing? But honestly speaking accha to lag raha hai aur jo chij karne se dil ko accha lage wo to continue karna chahiye na.
