Luca went to all the rooms and told everyone about Alex. He thought it was his fault for shouting at her and pushing her over the edge and maybe that was why she hung herslef.

While this was happening Luca and Charli were talking at the same time. Well more like arguing. (Charli and Luca went to a separate room at this time)
Luca: charli please calm down.
Charli: NO. SHE'S DEAD COULDN'T YOU HAVE SAVED HER. YOU WERE THERE.
Luca: CHARLI I TRIED OKAY. I tried, it didn't work she was batting me away and then she just stopped.
Charli: DON'T YOU KNOW CPR YOUR A DOCTOR.
Luca: Charli. I don't know how to say this but she was moving too much. She moved her head in an awkward position and it snapped from the movement and the pressure of the rope.
Charli runs out of the room to hers never wanting to leave again, all her friends were dying around her it was too much for her to handle so she did leave her room but for one thing only, To go to Lucas room just to annoy him enough he'd kill her.
