With Zank defeated, Night Raid return back to base with his Teigu taken. Tatsumi's wounds were patched up and he began his training with Sheele. Ever since the mission was completed, Scaramouche had been mostly quiet and didn't bother to test out Spectator. Of course Akame and Tatsumi noticed this and wondered if the illusion Zank showed him brought back horrible memories to the Organic Teigu.
Sheele was worried for him and tried to talk to him but all she got was an irritated glare from him. Najenda told everyone to let Scaramouche cool off since she can tell something happened to him during the mission and let him talk to them once he has everything clear out. Sheele decides to train Tatsumi and reveal her backstory. Tatsumi knows only like 2% of it since Scaramouche revealed some of it during their introductions.
Najenda lets Tatsumi try out Spectator to see if it will accept him. Surprisingly Scaramouche was there to observe. Tatsumi accidentally activates Spectator's X-Ray Sight, which allows him to see through Sheele, Mine and Akame's clothing. Spectator then rejects him and Scaramouche takes it away, deciding that the Revolutionary Army will have it instead. Najenda gives the brown haired boy the book of the known Teigus, which as expected, Scaramouche's profile is not there. Tatsumi asks which is the strongest Teigu, Scaramouche answers that it's him and Najenda answers that there's an Ice Manipulation Teigu, thankfully its user is not in the Capital. Tatsumi gets the bright idea to think that there is a Teigu that can revive the dead but Scaramouche quickly shuts it down, saying that He is the last Teigu to be created and no recollection of the First Emperor ever creating such a weapon. If a Teigu that revives the dead exists, the First Emperor would still be alive. Tatsumi gets upset and concludes that he'll never be able to see his friends again.
The next day during a mission, Leone, Tatsumi and Scaramouche are out on a mission to eliminate a target in the Red Light District. Scaramouche tells them he has something he has to take care of and he'll meet them at the Rendezvous point. He leaps onto different rooftops and lands at the window of a rather wealthy home. He opens the window and spots someone he knows.
Scaramouche: "You look like you're enjoying yourself."
The person he is talking to is a rather beautiful woman with sashes floating around her and seems to be absorbing a woman into it.
???: "I'm just feasting on a corrupt government's wife, that's all. Besides she is beautiful and I only eat beautiful things."

Scaramouche: "It seems the Teigu is rather adapting to you perfectly, Daki."
The Teigu that Scaramouche is talking about is one that he created himself. He crafted it using the Blue Spider Lilly and formed it as a blood based Teigu, like the Demon's Extract. The Teigu's name is Blue Spider Lilly: Devil's Blood. He gave it to Daki around 150 years ago when she was on the brick of death. The Teigu gives her an appetite for human flesh and allows her to do supernatural things, like regeneration, absorption, etc. She's been Scaramouche's info broker since shes been eating high ranked government officials and gaining new intel.
