They packed and packed away. It's hard packing for yourself for a whole summer, even harder when you have a picky 5-year-old, one day it's a yes, the next it's a no. Once she finally finished, she double checked everything while her daughter just sat on the couch and watched TV. She grabbed all her bags and put them in the trunk of her Bronco. "Okay Sofia, let's get going, you can finish the episode on your iPad." Pierson said. The little girl grabbed the remote to shut the TV off, "Okay mommy, I'm excited!" "So am I." Pierson said, "So am I."
Pierson had just drove 30 minutes to the summer villa and let's just say, so far it's been worth it. It was beautiful inside and out. "Lets check the whole place out before we start unpacking mommy!" "Okay, good idea sweetie." They walked around, a garage to hold at least two cars, a huge kitchen, a large living area, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom as well as a laundry room. Also a game/movie room which Sofia was very excited about. They chose to put all of their clothes in Pierson's room as it made it easier for her in the morning. Pierson wanted to lay down for a bit but Sofia wanted to go play. "Sweetie, play with your toys in here or watch a movie while I take a quick nap, okay?" "Okay mommy." She says as she pulls the barbies out of her bag and started to play, imagination soaring.
2 hours had gone by and the little girl was next to Pierson on the bed, watching videos on her mother's phone. She smiled at the child, "We can go play now, okay?" "Yay! Swimming pool, swimming pool!" "Okay, grab a swimsuit out of the bag okay? I'll look for mine and some sunscreen." "Yay!" Once both were changed in to their swimsuits, they went outside and started to apply their sunscreen. Sofia had jumped in already and was having the time of her life, Pierson smiled. These are kind of memories she wants for her daughter. Fun summers with her mom. Pierson turned around to grab her phone for a photo and right when she was about to grab the device, she heard a scream.
It was Sofia's scream. Pierson turned around and yelled,
"Who the fuck are you?!"
