Please Tell Him To Stop.

We wake up in the middle of the night to a loud noise coming from outside, looking out the window I notice a guy running with a chainsaw and a little girl with her parents running across the street to him to complain about the noise, he chases the girl, then the parents.
My boyfriend tells me that's his friend and he's doing some type of video or social experiment, then shows me his instagram to prove he wouldn't hurt anyone.

As it became day multiple people were defending the guy and some were not.

It was the middle of the night again and I heard it outside, I look out and see him running down the street once again, I ask my boyfriend to get his friend to stop if he's so nice before I get a panic attack. He says no angrily wanting to sleep. Next thing I know I hear banging on the door downstairs and the chainsaw going, I start crying and lay on my stomach on the floor with my daughter to try and fit under the bed before he makes it inside.

Please tell him to stop. I cry.
