Chapter 2: The moment I Saw You

I stood in the shower for what seemed like forever. I somehow hoped bathing would cleanse her from me. I was wrong. I only felt her more. I need to get shit faced, blackout so I can't think anymore. I shut off the water and grabbed a towel. I dried of quickly knowing the guys would be here sooner rather than later. They had been exploring the city while I sulked in the hotel room. It had only been a day since Juliet and I ended things. God! Even thinking her name was painful. I thought I had found my soulmate. Again, I was completely wrong.

I heard a pounding on the door as I pulled my pants on. "Andy! Open the door or I'll kick it in!" I heard CC yell. I half ran to the door opening it quickly. "Hey, sorry I was getting dressed and didn't hear you." I said lamely. "It's about time you get out of this fucking room. We have a venue to play tonight in case you somehow forgot." Ashley said to me with disdain. "I didn't forget I'm sorry my mind is elsewhere." I replied sheepishly. "Don't worry dude we'll snag you some pussy after the show." Ash said nudging my arm and fluffing my hair. I nodded back in response.

CC was making his way over from the bar with Jake and Jinxx en tow. Carrying what I assumed was several shots of patron. Hopefully my getting blackout drunk plan was going to go according to plan. We all did one before proceeding to apply our war paint and finish getting ready. We haven't played a little bar show in quite a while so we all decided to have a throwback Thursday type performance.

Once I had some more alcohol in me I felt 100 percent better. I started goofing off and messing around with the guys and everything was cool. We all took a few more shots and everything was good. About a half an hour later we walked down the street to the venue we were playing. We were ready for a kick ass show. But I missed Juliet and they all could tell. Her leaving me was something ill never get over.  I can't focus on that now. We all headed out on stage prepared to do what we do best. We played an amazing set. We finally ended the night with Knives and Pens and everyone sang along and I felt happy and alive. I looked out at the audience and saw the entire crowd smiling and cheering. This is all I ever wanted I thought to myself. Then I saw her....
