Will Have:

1. Rex is still connected to the Herrcher selves of all the Herrschers. (Senti visits him all the time and Veliona knows he is still alive somewhere)

2. Rex still won against his brothers and friends Otto-style to save Kiana

3. Rex did not have his soul extinguished but he was yeeted off his dimension to HSR verse around Belobog a year or so before canon arrival. 

Xipe: Hey, Fuli. Thi guy defied Nous' prediction
Nous: Holy shit... the madman did it!
Fuli: Wait... why is his entire existence being deleted?
IX: Can you save him? He's a good guy
Akavili: Way ahead of you, hippity hoppity, you are now my alternate self's trailblazer. yeet!

4. He still has his anemo Gnosis in contrast to Cerberus but does not use it as much. 

5. Good friend with Belobog Seele and periodically sneaks in and out of the Underground.

6. Is music buddies with Serval

Recap:

Anemo Rex storyline follows game canon

Himeko died (from HI3) but was revived due to Rex messing with the imaginary tree while saving Kiana

Rex is not a herrscher, because he would be too op as his affinity with the Anemo element is probably the highest at Archon war or Archon Zhongli levels of power. 

When Kiana ran away, Rex followed her and stayed with her (will be shown in flashbacks)

He managed to enter ER with Mei due to some reasons

Rex used Void Archives and they managed to form a bond. 

Rex knows and can call upon Dvalin or travel to Teyvat but does not due to it being too much of a hassle. 

He was taught by Zhongli in how to use a spear and bow, his strongest weapon is his bow and the second is his spear. His weakest weapon skill of choice is his sword and claymore. 

His hairstyle is similar to Otto during the last cinematic with black hair and cyan-green tips and under shade with his clothes being an inverted version of Otto's clothes with the gold accessories and a green sash instead of green with Dvalin's designs all over it. 

His main weapon is a replica of Void Archives

Will be close to Silver Wolf due to similar abilities.
