Lunar...?

This is an alternate ending to lunars death because i cant get over his death TnT)

"Monty please!" 

there was a click but no boom.

Lunar was clutching onto monty tightly.

"WHAT. Why are you still here! You should be DEAD!" 

Eclipse yelled in a rage. Even monty was confused he knew lunar was supposed to die right then and there, he was relieved but also confused on how lunar was there hugging him. Though he didnt argue and hugged back. 

Lunar was shaking, he was so scared. He almost died. But why didnt he...

"your will... Thats it! Your will to live and help everyone else while making sure to stop eclipse is so strong it caused the bomb to deactivate itself!"

Lunar looked at monty when he said that and smiled a soft yet still scared smile.

"... That is probably the most stupid thing i have ever heard.. Someones will cant just deactivate a piece of technology simply because they want to live! Thats not how that works! You wont get lucky next time lunar."

Eclipse vanished.

Lunar looked up at monty and said in a soft and shaken voice.

"c-can i l-live with y-you from n-now on...?"

"sure little buddy. And im sure moon and sun will be happy to see you."

Lunar nods, and walks with monty.

"hey monty....?"

"yeah lunar?"

"even if i did explode... Would all my nanomachines have been destroyed..?"

"probably not, and if they would have i dont know what i would have done without you.."

Lunar nods, then he began thinking... 

'there is different dimensions... So there is one where i died... What if this universe...'

'Isnt even the original one..?'
