Meet Milky Way, a starry-eyed, curious, and adventurous girl that has stars on everything she wears. Her long-sleeved shirt has a star, her miniskirt has stars, her earrings are stars, even her roller skates have stars! Milky's passion is to explore the universe, making new friends and trying different things. She's highly fashionable and will try anything on, no matter how it looks or what quality it's in. Her optimistic worldview does come with a cost, though, Milky can be reckless and impulsive, and this can get herself and everyone around her into trouble, but Milky's courage and quick wits will help her fix the situation she finds herself in.
One night, Milky was on another one of her expeditions across the universe, when she saw a shiny, gorgeous orange star off in the distance. "Ooh, I wonder what that star is like." She thought. As she neared the star, smaller shapes started to form in Milky's vision, which all turned out to be planets. Milky looked upon the star system, amazed. Normally, most star systems she encountered had two, three, maybe four planets (she once saw one with seven planets), but this one had nine planets, split in half by an asteroid belt. Except, wait! There wasn't actually nine planets, a good distance away from Milky was a little rust-red planetoid. "Ten planets! That's a record!" Milky exclaimed. "And that planetoid is so beautiful," she added. "I absolutely love that shade of red." Milky Way floated toward the planetoid, captivated by its beauty. When she was up close, she found that the planetoid was really small, barely the size of her. Still though, she thought it was a pretty little thing. "I might be disappointed by the size of this planetoid, but at least it has a nice colour." Milky said to herself. When Milky placed her hand on the planetoid, a loud explosion erupted from the planetoid. "What's happening!?" Milky exclaimed.
Suddenly, from the dust, eleven shards started flying away in different directions, but the madness didn't end there. When the dust started to clear, a swirling shape materialised from it. It was rather small, about the same size as the planetoid, it was surrounded by a white spiral that never stopped moving, and it had white eyes and a white mouth with little fangs, other than that, it was darker than space itself. "Yes! I'm free!!" The thing bellowed. "Who are you?" Milky asked the thing. "Foolish girl, you've just freed the unstoppable, destructive, and terrifying Black Hole!" The thing told Milky. "Wait, black hole as in..." Milky Way paused. "Correct! Those dark, deadly holes of destruction!" Black Hole replied. "Now that I have been freed, I'm going to create a vortex that will consume and destroy anything in its path; it doesn't matter if it's a star, planet, or an alien, they'll all be gone thanks to me!" Black Hole cackled, sadistically, and Milky started to realise what a foolish and terrible mistake she had made. "I'm not going to waste any of my time with you, so I must go and create my vortex!" Black Hole said before disappearing in another fit of laughter, which echoed through the universe when she disappeared. Milky stood there, shell-shocked by what happened. When she snapped out of it, she realised that she couldn't just sit there and let Black Hole destroy the whole universe, she was going to find all eleven fragments before she could do that. But there was one thing she didn't know, where was she going to look first?
