The neon signs flickered in a dazzling display, their electric glow bathing the streets in a hypnotic aura.
The city consists of Districts that separate its uses and purpose.
Somewhere in District 31 inside the building of ACHS, a guy was running away from its pursuits, seeing that they will reach him if he won't do something, he jumps from the building.
"That crazy bastard... He jumped from this height?"
"I don't see his corpse, but he's probably dead if he jumps from this height, right?"
One of the guards picks up torn clothes with blood on them.
"Go down and search. We must find his corpse."

After finishing his work Rimuru decided to take a break.
Rimuru: "Hmm, I guess I'll visit another world to release my stress."
Rimuru then changes his body to a human body he uses every time he wants to rest.
A body that's compatible with mana and magicule. After visiting different worlds, Rimuru made different types of bodies, a body that is compatible with aether and magicule, or mana and magicule.
After synchronizing his body he identifies himself as a normal citizen who always buys stocks, considering the money he's going to receive from the work that he's going to take in this world.
With this even if there's a huge amount of money going through his bank account he won't be questioned going through his bank account he won't be questioned by authorities.

Rimuru scans his surroundings and can see that everything has a little mana imbued to it. Guessing that it is pretty normal for the City to be known as Magic Engineering City.
After listening to some conversation he picked up, he teleported to a random alley.
'I guess I need to visit a library later, being able to know everything about the world is incredibly boooring. I'll just use one of my authorities if needed. Oh... right let's change my appearance first. It won't do me any good if they know what my public(real) appearance is.'
