Chapter 19

~ Chan POV ~

I woke up with joys arma wrapped around my waist. I kissed her forehead before getting up and getting ready for work.

As I took a shower, all I could think of was Minho. The way he broke up with me... it made my heart hurt like never before, but I had to try and understand why he did it.

In all honesty... I kinda lost interest in Joy... a little bit over a month ago... I really did love her, but... it kinda faded ever since my feelings for Minho began to develop.

I finished showering and put on my clothes and grabbed my briefcase, and walked downstairs, where I spotted Minho on the couch with his backpack and phone.

~ Minho POV ~

Yesterday was so hard for me... I didn't wanna really break things off with Chan, but... I had to consider my mom's feelings....

I felt my phone buzz, and I checked to see who it was.

It was my childhood best friend Lana! But, I called her MinMin.

Hey Minho! It's been a while!

I missed you so much, Min! Where have you been? We haven't spoken in a while.

🥰MinMin🥰:

I've been in America, but I came back to Seoul for school! I'm going to Jyps High. I start when we are able to go back.

I go there too! What's been going on in America?

🥰MinMin🥰:

I've been superrrrr busy in America. I've barely had time to make any friends... my mom and dad decided to move back to Seoul.

I forgot I'm the one who drives him to school.

"A-are you ready to g-go Minho?" I said sadly, knowing I can't call him babyboy anymore.

"Yes..." Minho said, not making eye contact with me and walking to the front and then out the door.

I sighed and grabbed my car keys and headed out the door with him.

I hopped in the car and started the engine. It was a very bad and uncomfortable silence.

Minho and I would always laugh, listen to K-pop music, sneak kisses when red lights come.... now it's all gone.

"C-chan..." Minho said a little bit above a whisper.

"Yeah," I said bluntly.

"I-im sorry about y-yesterday... I'm sorry -"

"Yeah yeah your sorry about yesterday and shit. You don't have to explain," I said, biting the inside for my cheek and gripping the steering wheel.

"You don't have to be all bitchy about it" Minho said rolling his eyes and facing the other way.

"Well I'm sorry if I thought the way you just broke it off with me was a bitch move" I said rolling my eyes and focusing back on the road.

"WELL, IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO AND YOU KNOW IT!" Minho yelled and huffed.

Stay Calm Chan, stay calm.

"Maybe i didn't think it was the right thing to do? Maybe you and u could actually be together if you weren't so selfish and thinking about your mom"

Minho looked at me like I was crazy.

"What!?! I'm selfish cause considerate about my mom's feelings!? I can't do this to her!" Minho said looking at me with tears in his eyes.

"You sure wasn't considerate about her feelings when you were moaning under me and calling me daddy" I whispered under his breath.

At that moment... I knew I fucked up.

"Stop the fucking car and let me out NOW!" Minho said yelling while opening the car door in moving speed, trying to get out.

"Minho what the fuck! Are you Crazy! No!" I said pulling him back into the car as I pulled up to his school.

"Oh yeah?!" Minho said yanking off the heart shaped necklace I had previously gave him. "Here's your necklace Asshole" Minho said throwing the necklace at me before getting out of the car and slamming the door shut.

I threw the necklace in the backseat and continued to drive myself to work.

"I don't need him, I don't need him, I don't need him" I said to myself over and over again.

I need him...
