Gift?

Vance hopper. Where do I begin? Vance is my boyfriend of 1 year and 3 months. He's a very hot headed blond curly headed boy who never and I mean never shows affection well. I mean he'll could hug and tell me he loves me and kiss me all the time but when it comes to acts of affection like dates or gift giving, he never really knows what to do.

So here I am. Sat at the booth in the back of the dinner waiting for Vance to come back from the bathroom.

Vance's pov,

I stand in front of the dinner bathroom mirror fixing and adjusting my hair and clothes. I clap my hands silently before taking a deep breath and walking out of the bathroom.

I was currently on a date with my girlfriend of 1 year and 3 months y/n. I had bought her a necklace and ring for this date as a gift, but I'm too scared to actually give it too her.

I've never been one that's good at showing this kind of affection.

Your pov,

I sway my legs back and forth as I wait for Vance to come back. I look up and see him walking towards the booth. I smile as he sits back down.

"What took so long?" I ask raising a eyebrow(🤨)

"I had to make sure everything was right" he said pulling out a bag from under the table

The bag was a baby blue color with a black ribbon and white tissue paper.

"I got you a gift" he says sliding the bag over to me

"A gift?" I ask pulling the bag in front of me

He nods hes head looking away. I smile and pull the tissue paper out. I see a golden box with golden glitter designs surrounding it. I grab the box and move the bag from in front of me.

I set the box down in front of me before glancing up at Vance. He's already looking at me but quickly looks away. I pull the the lid of the box and place it back on the table.

A small gasp escapes my lips as I see a beautiful gold necklace that reads my name. Beside it lays a gold ring that has the indent "v+m" on the inner loop of it.

I smile putting the ring on.

"Thank you so much Vance"

"You welcome" he says a slight smile on his lips

"Can you put this on me?" I ask holding the necklace.

"Sure" he reply's

I stand up and walk I front of him handing him the necklace. I pull my hair away from my neck as he wraps it around me. The cold metal hitting my skin as he clips it shut. He taps my neck and I put my hair down and let it fall on my neck.

I turn around to face him smiling.

"How do I look?" I ask doing a spin

"Amazing" he says his eyes glued to me

I lean In and place a small but passionate kiss on his lips

"I love you"

"I love you too baby" he says
