As the battle went on, you've noticed some of the zombies were stronger than others, these being most of them small zombies that ran faster and were able to confuse the golems, but in the end all of them were massacred to death.
You went down from the ceiling of the house to pick up a few things they left behind, such as iron, dirt blocks, their own meat, and just more things that could be used for... something, you don't really know yet.

You could see some of the villagers look outside of their windows, only to spot you picking up items and putting them into the basket, as the golems just ignored you and walked away to find any other dangerous mob lurking around trying to find a delicious village to bite onto.
The feeling of being watched didn't go unnoticed, as you turned to look at them directly in the soul.

The villagers flinched a little, trying to not directly look at your eyes, only for you to "giggle" a bit and wave, not truly meaning any harm, you just came here to look for resources.
Some of them seemed to calm down, but they still kept on watch.

As you were still looking for materials, one of the various iron golems had noticed your presence, and started to approach you in a slow manner.
You didn't know what it was planning, but you slowly tried to sped up a bit so you could get out of there as soon as possible, who knew what they could do with you.

When you tried to walk away, something strong tapped on your shoulder.

You were already thinking this was your last night alive, the second you turn around you're going to be flying up in the sky like a pancake and then just die in an instant, you knew by a fact that golems never liked endermen too close of the village, and they must have noticed your skin, your eyes and the slight purple particles flying around you constantly.
Closing your eyes shut, you very slowly turn around to face the massive punch coming from the iron creature...

...

But, it never came.

Instead, the flowing smell of a rose filled up your nose, as you opened one of your eyes to see what was in front of your face.

A rose.

The golem was extending it's hand out to you with a rose at hand, looking down at your figure, holding a warm gaze that made you feel safer than anything else.

Yes, the iron golems used to offer flowers to the smaller villagers and very rarely the humans, but you? You looked like anything but a villager, or a human.
Still, the act was very nice coming from a dangerous protector like this, as you carefully grabbed the flower from it's hand, accepting the gesture with a nod.

The creature nodded back, only to turn around and go back to patrolling the village along with the other iron golem you saw near the fountain.

Looking at the plant in your small hands, you gave a happy ' mmh ', now placing it next to your jukebox inside of the basket, as you teleported away to a path you knew would lead you home, as you still thought about the recent occurrence between you and the iron protector.
