Abhinav takes akshu's hospital bags and informs Shanti
Abhinav: maa... shayad delivery ka time ho gaya hai... hume hospital ke liye nikalna hoga Shanti (to akshu): bhagvan kare sab achhe se ho jaye, tu bas thodi himmat rakh beta... Akshu screams in pain
Shanti: dekh beta mumma ko dukh raha hai, hume jaane de Abhir: lekin mujhe baby ko dekhna hai... Abhinav: baby ke aane se pehele hum tujhe waha bula lenge, Abhir: promise ? Abhinav: promise
They call neelamma to take care of Abhinav and leave for the hospital Abhinav drives the car Akshu and Shanti were in the back Shanti kept rubbing akshu's back and tried calming her down during her contractions Soon they reached the hospital
The doctor checked akshu She told them that akshu was 5 cm dilated This meant that akshu was halfway there and could start pushing in some time Shanti caressed akshu's hair and goes out of the room giving akshu and Abhinav privacy Abhinav sat beside her and held her hand He gently stroked her cheeks She smiled at him
Abhinav: chinta mat kijiye ... bas thodi der aur fir to humara bacha humare godh me hoga Akshu: aap hai to kis baat ki chinta, jab tak apne mera haath pakda hai mujhe kisi baat ka dar nahi
Abhinav kissed her hand and rubbed her belly
It was 6 in the morning After 6 hours and some awful contractions she was fully dilated It was time for her to start pushing Abhinav stayed with her in the labour room while Shanti waited outside and prayed Shanti also called neelamma and abhir because she didn't want abhir to miss it
In the labour room Akshu yelled in pain as she tried to push

She held Abhinav's hand throughout Abhinav kept motivating her He rubbed her back to make her feel better In some time they could see the baby's head starting to come out And one final push.... There she was... yes a SHE
Akshu laid back breathing heavily
Abhinav: beti hui hai ! ! !
Both Abhinav and akshu burst out in tears of joy as they heard their baby girl cry Abhinav who was still holding akshu's hand hugs her and kisses her, thanking her for the most amazing thing she did. Abhinav himself cut the umbilical cord As the doctor was handing them their baby they stopped her
Abhinav: humara beta bahar hai... vo bohot excited tha apni behen se Milne ke liye , sabse pehele uske god me dijiye
The doctor cleans the baby and tells abhir to come in
Doctor: ye aapki baby sister hai
She says while helping him hold the baby in his arms He kissed his sister being as gentle as he could Then akshu and Abhinav held her in their arms together Tears rolled down their eyes as they kissed each other in joy
They looked at the baby and said together...
"SAIRA"
