Few days later, Akshu is discharged from the hospital They come home with baby Saira
Akshu was sitting on the bed feeding her newborn Abhinav stood at the door admiring his best ladies
Akshu: darwaje pe kyu khade hai? Andar aaiye
Abhinav came in and sat beside her He pulled out a small box from his pocket
Akshu: yeh kya hai? Abhinav: aap khud hi khol ke dekh lijiye Akshu: ye to choti choti payal hai! Saira ke liye!
Abhinav nodded in agreement and took out one more box from his other pocket
Akshu: ek aur gift! Dekha saira papa aapse kitna pyaar karte hai
Abhinav comes closer to akshu and hups her from the side, while opening the second box Inside the box there were the same anklets just in a bigger size
Abhinav: yeh vaala gift saira ke liye nahi, uski mumma ke liye hai
Akshu teared up
Abhinav: aapko me jitna thank you bolu utna kam hai Akshara Akshu: aur aaj tak jo aapne mere liye kiya vo kya kam tha, aaj agar me zinda bhi hu to aapki vajah se Abhinav: aur agar meri zindagi ka koi matlab hai to vo aapki vajah se
They were about to kiss when abhir came in
Abhir: aaj me apni baby sister ke saath sone vala hu! Bohot maza aayega Abhinav: maza to aayega hi, hum charo milke bohot maze karenge
They dance, sing and play all night
1.5 years later
Abhinav takes akshu out for dinner The kids were at home They finally got to spend some alone time They have some good food and after spending some time together they head back home Open reaching the front yard of their home they see that all the lights were off
Akshu: arre sari lights kyu off hai? Sab itni Jaldi so gaye
Just when she turns around to Abhinav, one spot light turns on The light focused on Abhinav who was on his knees with a ring in his hand Akshu was to stunned to speak, so much so that she didn't realise that she was crying
Abhinav: jab hum peheli baar mile the tab haalaat thode alag the, shaadi bhi court room me hui, parivar bhi nahi tha, 8 saal baad aaj ek baar fir me aapse kehna chahta hu ki me aapse kitna pyaar karta hu, me har janam me sirf aur sirf aap hi ko apna life partner chahta hu, iss liye me Abhinav Sharma, Akshara Sharma se ye puchna chahta hu ki kya aap ek baar fir meri hone ke liye taiyaar hai? Will you marry me... again?
Akshu was practically sobbing by now
Akshu: haa haa, YES
Abhinav puts the ring on her finger and lifts her in his arms, turning around in joy Just then all the lights switched on and the whole Goenka, Singhania, Maheshwari families, Abhinav's siblings and Shanti with both the kids yell together —— SURPRISE akshu looks at them and is filled with immense joy She hugs everyone They start the preparation for the wedding which was going to be held in a week on akshu and Abhinav's marriage anniversary day
