~Cassadie Mae's POV~
"Cassadie!" My science teacher Mr. Swindle yelled. "Finish that Damn study guide."
See Mr. Swindle is that laid back but strict teacher who says things that probably would hurt your feelings if he didn't say them sarcastically. He's my favorite teacher. But for the past two week I haven't been able to focus.
Two weeks (and three days. But who's counting) ago Bart the creater of the famous Meet and Greet convention aka MAGCON called saying I was invited to join the group for Dallas. He told me to come and see how I liked it and if I did I was more than welcome to continue attending. I was so excited. I leave in three days. MAGCON doesn't start for another week but Bart wanted me to meet the guys and Mahogany before the meet and greet so I was more comfortable being around them.
"Sorry Mr. Swindle. I will start working right now!" I finally started working and finished in like 5 minutes. When I walked up to his desk I handed the papers to him.
"See how easy it is when you actually do the work." He quieted down so only I could hear him. "I know you're smarter than anyone else in this class. You belong in AP but you daydream to much. I know your excited for that MAGCON thing but for now you're still in school. Please work hard until you leave." He spoke up again. "I know you can do it Cass!" He said encouragingly. "I'll work on it coach." I said back. "You better."
He also happens to be my track and field coach. "I expect to see you after school for track." He's said with a smirk. "Damnit Mr. Swindle. I have to start packing." I said as if it were obvious. "Okaii Bieber. Only this time. I expect you at every other meeting." "You got it Swindle." I said in a promising voice.
Finally his class was over. I mean yeah I love his class but I finished the study guide so it was super boring. Before I could walk out he called me to his desk.
"Yeah Jeremey." Since school is out I'm aloud to call him that. "Would you be Okaii with staying after school tomorrow to take the ETA and work you will have to make up. I won't make you stay after 3:00. Just a half hour of your time. That's it Cassadie." He said with a smile. "Uh... sure." I said hiding the annoyance in my voice. "Thanks. Do you have plans after school tomorrow?" "No. Why." I asked nervously. "Race me a couple laps." He said sticking his hand out. "Your on Swindle." I said smiling and shaking his hand back. "Have a great rest of the day." "You too coach."
I walked out of his class to be greeted by my bestest friend in the world. Anthony Mahaffey. "Ready?" He asked me. "Ready!" I say as I link arms with him. "I really need to talk to you Cass." He said seriously. I was a little nervously because he is never serious. We walked to my other best friend Willow Via
