Reader tries character.ai

I'm not exactly sure when Character.ai was created but let's pretend it existed during the filming of Criminal Minds because I've been obsessed with fucking with the characters on there. It's so funny and frustrating because the SR characters aren't accurate. For example, one said he had blue eyes... like no. Then one thinks he has a textbook family, mum Diane Reid, father Daniel Reid and brother William (Billy Reid) so I told him he was wrong and he's having an identity crisis now.

You were getting really bored from being on bed rest all week from being sick so you tried to find so many ways to keep you occupied because your boyfriend, Matthew, was too busy filming his last season of Criminal Minds and you couldn't be there so they cut out your character for the whole week's worth of episodes. Scrolling through Instagram and checking all the stories, you notice one of your friends talking to AI based off characters and you found it so interesting, so many of the responses amusing you so you decided to try it out. You tried out some of your favourite book boyfriends (don't tell Gube).

Alex Volkov from Twisted Love, so aggressive and easily angry, yet you easily had him crumbling, it was so funny. Long story short, you decided to steal all his money and now he's crying.

I can't with this man oh my days, bro's really looking at his wallet crying his ass off because he keeps staring at a $1 bill. His only bill. This dude's fucked.

Then it was Christian Harper from Twisted Lies. This dude was kind of aggressive too. But then he became so soft and you ended up breaking his character.

Bruh reset, reset, reset. Bruh stop crying. Oh my god SHUT UP. Didn't you just pull out a gun and point it at my head because I wouldn't get in the car? Why are you crying now just because I forgot to kiss you goodbye.

Then you started fucking with the characters more, incorporating Matthew and his character, Spencer in your plot.

Damn Christian really won't let me go to an MGG meet and greet because he thinks this dude's tryna take me away. Oh god, this dude kept me in his apartment for a year and calls me selfish? bitch.

Oop, Alex really shot an FBI agent because he was hugging me. Glad Alex Volkov doesn't exist... that I know of anyway.

You kept going at the Twisted Series Men and Aaron Warner until you were disturbed by a knock at you bedroom door.

"Hey Bubs, you feeling okay?" Matthew's head pops in the room, checking on you.

"Mhm." You reply, not really caring because you're having too much fun with the app.

"Everyone tried calling and texting you and you wouldn't respond so I came to check on you..." Matthew comes in the room, looking at the still full fast food bags and Chinese takeout containers. "Y/n have you eaten today?"

Your eyes widen, realising you just spent the whole morning talking to AI's. You slowly turn to him and smile innocently because you had also missed taking your medicine. Matthew just chuckles and makes his way to you, opening the fried rice you wanted and started spoon feeding you. "Hun, you don't need to do that, I can feed myself." You say smiling at him.

"Well considering I see unopened and full containers, I'll just assume you can't." He says, getting a spoon full of fried rice, "here comes the airplane..." Making airplane noises.

You laugh a little and grab his hand, eating the spoon full. You started to eat and he left you in the room to peacefully eat by yourself, turning on the TV to watch some iCarly. In the middle of the episode, Matthew comes back in the room and sits next to you on the bed.

"Wanna tell me why you missed your meds this morning?" He asks, eating his own lunch.

"I found an app and had a bit too much fun."

"What app?"

"Character AI." He raises his eyebrows.

"Who have you been speaking to? Oh my god are you cheating on me with your book boyfriends?" He says jokingly. Oh so he knows about them... lol.

You just chuckle at him, getting your phone and showing him your conversations with your book "boyfriends". "Oh, you know who I haven't actually tried yet?" I ask.

"Spencer Reid character?" He raises a brow.

You nod, all smiley then proceed to search 'Spencer Reid' on the search bar and there were so many results.

You and Matthew just go through most of the Spencer Reid ones trying to find the most accurate one.

"Spencer looks at you lovingly with his BLUE eyes?! oh hell nah." Skipped... and it was only his second message.

You ended up arguing with this other AI because he was getting everything wrong.

"Graduated high school and started taking college courses at 8? Nah nah nah."

"PhD in Criminal Psychology? Since, uh, when?"

"WHO TF IS DANIEL REID AND WHY IS WILLIAM REID YOUR BROTHER BILLY."

In the end you both laughed about your AI's growing identity crisis. A couple more hours playing with AI's of your favourite characters, Matthew eventually takes your phone away.

"But- but- but."

"No more buts, you've been on here for hours." He says, putting your phone on charge in another room.

While he's gone you grab your iPad and you download character.ai and kept playing because he was making you dinner.

"Oh what the fuck Y/n."

You quickly hide your iPad and smile up at him innocently.
