The two memories always come up when I faint, the day we met and the day he became my enemy. I hate that he made me become this way, we could have handled the situation maturely but we were too young to know what we wanted, and also our parents having a say in this.

"Excuse me, do you have a pencil I can borrow?"
The new kid says beside me.
"Yup, I do! Do you want blue or red?"
"Can I have red please"
"Here you go!"
I say handing him my red pencil. When our hands touched I felt this electricity go through me that I had not felt before. On my first day of sixth grade

" I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO SEE YOUR TWO-FACED ASS NEAR ME AGAIN"

"IT WASN'T EVEN MY FAULT LUNA!"

"THEN WHOSE FAULT IS IT? CAUSE IT WASNT MINE"

Two teenagers yelling at each other in the middle of the street in a thunderstorm. The sound of the rain harshly hitting the ground and thunder in the background along with the yelling is all you can hear at 12 pm after a graduation party.

It was our 8th-grade graduation. 

September 6,  2021

Dear Diary,
        Today is my first day at Horizon Academy! It has always been my dream to come here before we left for the city. everyone, since we were younger, was so excited when we reached high school to go here, I still feel like I'm dreaming. Yesterday I got home with my friend's help and had to explain to my grandparents that I fainted (they made up a lie because they didn't know about...) well here goes nothing.

I finished the last sentence and went off to school

"I'm going to school!"

"Okay go study well! Did you bring your lunch?"
my grandma says.
She has always been sweet to me ever since I moved in. My grandpa is also nice, he just doesn't come out of the room sometimes but when we all eat dinner, it's always the three of us.

"yeah, I did! okay, I'll get going now bye!"
I finally closed the door and started walking to my bus station. Listening to music while waiting for the bus is very therapeutic, especially with what happened yesterday. A couple of minutes later Coleta comes up to me and checks up on me, thankfully me and Coleta all have the same classes for the first semester and then next semester I have two classes with Haze and the last two periods with Layla. We're finally on the bus when I can still hear that voice again

stop. you can do this, it's only your first day and you're going to make a fool of yourself? damn it Luna-

"Luna I know how hard this may be, just know that you got me, and if for some apparent reason that bitch is in any of our classes he is not coming near you. We all have your back"
She says to me with a smile.
After that whole situation at the grad party, the girls have been with me since then and have comforted me throughout it. It's been 4 years.. I was a completely different person all those years ago. We finally reached our school and met up with the rest of the group. It was fun seeing people from my elementary school and the first thing they say is
"OMG HI LUNA! YOU LOOK SO PRETTY!"

"LUNA! I MISSED YOU SO MUCH"

and all I can say is an I missed you too or a thank you, I was never used to this, this is where I thank God that this school has uniforms.  After we dropped Haze and Layla to their classes, me and Coleta went to our class, it felt like a maze considering how big the school was and both of the other girls' classes being on the other side of campus.

"UGH thank God we finally made it and we weren't even late!"
Coleta says while trying to gather her breath
"I know, I'm surprised too"
We both gave each other a high five while being out of breath. The class was going to start in a couple of minutes so we just went and sat down at a desk near each other and caught up some more.

*RING*
There goes the bell, let's just hope I have a good school year.
