Seungcheol and the others stood still waiting for me to speak. Minghao let go of me while I turned towards my friends, frowning at them. " why did you follow us? " was the first thing I ask in an annoyed tone. " we were worried about you " Jeonghan replied. Obviously I did not believe it. I wasn't hurt in any places and besides, I've seen a lot of students fighting violently before so what was there to worry?

" cut the crap, I'm perfectly fine and it isnt a valid reason for you to follow us at all. " Seungkwan looked the most shocked. I've yelled at him before but it was never in this kind of tone before. So he spoke " sorry Jun hyung, we just wanted to know what was going on between you and.. him " he pointed at Minghao who was standing behind me.

I looked at Minghao before sighing and turning my attention back to them. " Next time please be more thoughtful of your actions. You could've asked me after school or whenever there's a free time. Not follow us like a creep " I stopped for a second before intertwining my hand with minghao's " and to answer your question, we're together. I'm dating Minghao "

Joshua's eyes widened by what he heard though he wasn't as shocked as the others he quickly asked " are you sure Jun? You've only known him for not even a day and a lot has happened in just few hours. "

The others nodded their head, agreeing with Joshua. I hung my head low as I have no answer to that because what he said is true. How could I date someone who I just knew a few hours ago? Should I tell them what I feel about Minghao? I felt Minghao gently squeezing our hands together which made me look at him.

He looked completely unbothered but I'm sure he was by what Joshua had said. " Jun-gē and I have decided to try it out. I'm in no position to talk about his thoughts about me so please do not pressure him to talk it out. Besides, we have promised each other that when it doesn't work out we'll stay as friends and not ignore each other. I'm just helping him to find his true feelings that's all."

Joshua seemed to hesitate a little. I can't blame him though. If anything I should be grateful to have him as my best friend.

" if hyung is alright with it then we should respect his decisions. " Vernon cut the silence that has been going on for about at least a minute. The weight on my shoulders was lifted when they agreed to Vernon statement.

My friends have decided to go back to their respective classes while Minghao and I stayed.

" things might be different soon. " I turned to Minghao and looked at him confused. " Relationships like us isn't normal unfortunately. Even the slightest affection we do in public, people will have toxic thoughts and comments about it. "

I wasn't aware with any of these due to the fact I wasn't interested so minghao's words left me shocked and anxious.

Minghao must've noticed my reaction " but don't worry baobei, some people will accept us. Like your friends. " he said trying to calm me down. The look on his face was comforting which calmed me down instantly.

" I promise whatever we have to go through , I'll never leave you. Just call for me and I'll be there "

My heart skipped a few beats when he said that. Finding sincerity in his words. " thank you " I mumbled softly just enough for him to hear. He smiled even wider before pecking my lips. I blushed as he did so.

We've decided to go to the nurses office let her check Minghao's condition and thankfully it wasn't anything bad. Just minor injuries and bruises on his body. Though it still bothers me, minghao reassures that he was fine.

After the check up, I remembered that we needed to go to the principal's office. When I told minghao about going there, he seemed a bit hesitant but I told him that the principal would understand the situation since hyechol was the one who started it.

" I'm not really worried about that. Whether he would understand my side or not, i don't feel bad nor good for what I've done to that guy. Its a neutral feeling. But the reason I don't want to go is because I'm afraid you'll be affected. " Minghao said as we made our way.

I chuckled " affected or not, I don't mind. It's just a title after all. Sure it's fun to be popular and known to the whole school but the duties are like blocks of bricks placed on your shoulders and in your bag. "

Minghao hummed, agreeing to my answer and before we know it, we're already at the front of the principal's door. I was the one to knock before hearing a soft " come in " .

Entering the room felt as normal as ever. There wasn't any tension or bad atmosphere at all.

" hello sir. " I said bowing my head. Minghao didn't do the same as he doesn't feel the need to. The principal nodded and gestured for us to sit down so we did.

" so about earlier, what exactly happen. Besides the fact that Minghao had broke his fingers of course. " the principal chuckled when he finished his sentence leaving me shocked.

" Well, I was just on my way to the bathroom actually. Then I felt someone kicked me to the ground from behind. Honestly I wasn't really in the mood to fight so I just told him to fuck off but of course that pissed him off even more. That's how we ended up outside of school I guess? Moreover, the fight was boring. He wasn't strong at all, his punches seemed strong to others as my body reacts to it but the pain isn't quite there. " I turned to minghao when he finished talking seeing if he had any discomfort from saying all that. But he just kept a straight, blank face throughout the whole time.

The principal hummed before continuing his questions " what was the reason you broke his fingers then? ". Minghao looked at me and we stared at each other before he frowned, turning his head back to the principal.

" fucker was about to mess with someone he shouldn't have and he had the audacity to raise his fist to someone when I was his opponent. What a bitch " every word minghao said contains venom and possessiveness. As an instinct, I grabbed minghao's hand and caressed it to calm him down. Which it did.

He turned to me and mouthed " sorry " while I just smiled at him.

" and that certain someone is Junhui. I see something's already going on between you two. " the principal said casually before sighing " it's been only few hours after school reopened and there's already a problem. "

Minghao just shrugged before saying it's normal since it happens to every school. Sometimes his confidence on talking to someone who has higher title than him impressed me. He wasn't scared and he definitely has no shame at all. Not that I'm saying it's bad but it's kinda good when you need to speak up for yourself.

" alright then, I'll only give you detention for a week since you're new minghao. Oh, and also. I've decided to let your schedule be the same as Junhui. First because you both look oddly close but I don't want to invade your privacy and second is because I want you to attend your classes more often. " the principal handed minghao's new schedule. He must've been happy about it since he now has a wide smile on his face.

Later on, we were excused after talking some more and now we're on our way to the student council's room. " can't wait to spend my everyday with you, baobei " Minghao said while intertwining our hands together.

I smiled while squeezing our hands together. " I do too hao. I'm looking forward to it too. "

Notes♡ : man I worked for hours yesterday and ended up sleeping as soon as I got home. I'm working full time for the next 3 days so seems like I have to stop updating for awhile. Also if you're wondering where are the other ships, I'll include them soon. Maybe in the next 2-3 chapters.
