      "I am not avoiding you; I am just protecting myself " he said while wiping her tears.

" What do you mean?" She asked.

" It's not important right now. For now, your health is more important. I know you have not eaten anything by just looking at the condition of kitchen. Now have this soup and take this medicine then drink this turmeric milk also without any excuses, am I clear?" He sternly told her.

Avantika's heart just melted seeing his care and concern and she happily nodded her head. He fed her that soup and she was just looking at him. Whatever remaining doubts and confusion she had regarding her feelings, it vanished. Now she was crystal clear, what she was feeling for him and what
she wanted from him. It made her heart felt so lighter with hope and happiness.
After feeding her soup and giving medicine, Aditya made her lie down and covered with blanket.

    " Please try to sleep. If fever will not go away in the morning then we will go to doctor. Good night." He said and stood up to go but she held his hand.

"What happened?Do you need something He asked.

She nodded.

" What?"

" You"

Her answer took him off-guard, and his heart almost stopped beating. He was too shocked to react.

" Please stay here and don't leave me alone.I don't like to be alone" she pleaded to him.

Her statement made him control his racing heart and he took deep breathe. He knew why she didn't want to be alone, and his heart went out for her. He sat beside her and softly caressed her
hairs.

" Ok, I am not going anywhere. Now close your eyes and try to sleep. You need rest to get better." He said gently and closed her eyes with his own hands.

Avantika took his hands and used it as pillow to sleep. Soon she drifted into deep slumber due to medicines. He sat there beside her pillow and kept looking at her.

Next morning:-

Avantika woke up feeling a lot better than yesterday.Suddenly she remembered that she was alone in the house, and no one was there for her. She became disheartened after thinking that. At that moment, she felt something moving below her head and got scared. She immediately opened her eyes and looked sideways to see what is there and the sight in front of her took her heart away.

       There was him sleeping in sitting position resting his head on bedrest, looking even more handsome and charming if that possible. She thought that it was her dream but then her eyes fell on the soupbowl kept on side table and she remembered what happened previous night, it brought smile on her
face. She went closer and softly touched his cheeks. It reminded her their first kiss and she blushed.

Now she was craving to have that feeling again. She was about to lean more closer to him but at that very moment, he opened his eyes and looked at her. For few seconds he just sat there in confusion then suddenly he remembered last night and why he was there, and he immediately became hyper.

" Avantika, how are you feeling now? Did fever reduce? Shall we go to hospital?" He asked frantically while checking her fever.

She didn't say anything, just hugged him and closed her eyes. She was now being addicted to this feeling, to be close to him. It was the most peaceful and blissful experience she ever had. She
wanted to freeze that moment and just remain like this forever.

" Avantika, please say something. You are scaring me." He again pleaded.

" I don't want to go anywhere. I am feeling good here." She said and snuggled up little more to him.
