In Rain's opinion, he had had a tough year, and it wasn't getting any better. Phayu and Rain were on their way to meet Rain's grandparents from his Pa's Type side and it seems Phayu doesn't understand what kind of situation they were heading towards.

Rain was feeling a lot at the moment.

Nervous.

Yeah, but more,

Anxious.

That was the best way to describe how he felt.

He loved his grandparents, but his grandpa till this day doesn't approve of his Dad and it's been over 20 years.

You would think he could at least pretend for his son well bean, but no. The only time he acts like he like's Dad  is when Aunt Thany is around.

Rain doesn't want that for P'Phayu.

He doesn't want for the rest of their life to fight against people separating them, especially from the people who should be his biggest supporters.

On the other hand, he has no doubt his granny will love and adore Phayu the way he does, for as long as he makes Rain happy because in the end anything she ever wanted for him was to be happy and healthy.

Phayu would be lying if he said he wasn't nervous, in fact, he was very nervous, especially after Tharn warned him about his father–in–law. Which honestly surprised him, considering it came from Tharn, a man who can't look at him without glaring.

When Rain told him about his grandpa he thought he would be something like Tharn, but apparently, he was wrong.

In the car, Rain looked more nervous than Phayu, so Phayu took Rain's hand in his ''Shouldn't I be more nervous, you look like you meeting my grandfather and not another way around'' Rain smiled.

He was so lucky to have a boyfriend who always knew how to make him feel better.

''Probably?'' Rain answered shyly ''but you don't know my grandpa the way I do'' he sigh ''I just want for him to accept us''

Phayu turned towards Rain, squeeze his hand, and said ''Hey, everything is gonna be okay and even if it won't I will stay by your side no matter what''

Hearing Phayu's words put a smile on Rain's face.

''and will you?'' Phayu ask.

''Will I what?'' Rain asked like he didn't know what Phayu was talking about.

''You little tease'' Phayu said. They bout were smiling at each other.

''so won't you answer'' Phayu asked with a fake pout.

''You know I will, it's not like I could live without you''

''I know'' Phayu said ''but you also know I can't live without you''

''Yeah, I know''

The rest of the car right was enjoyable, their nerves calmed down.

They knew everything is gonna be okay as long as they say together.

The moment Rain exited the car, he yelled ''Grandma'', while running towards her.

She catch him in her embrace ''Careful'' she said ''you know I'm not as young as I use to be and you are not as small''

''Grandma'' Rain pouted ''I know that''

''Oh, do you know'' she teased.

''Grandma''

''Okay, okay I'll stop'' She said

''Thank –''

''For now at least''

''Grandma'' she laughed at how cute his grandson was. Phayu also laughed at his lover, which caught Grandma's attention, so she asked ''Are you gonna introduce me''

''What?'' Rain asked confused, then looked at Phayu and remember why he came to visit ''Oh, right. Totally forgot.'' Grandma smiled at him. ''You're so cute, sometimes'' She said.

Rain blushed. He turned to his older lover and offered his hand as a gesture to get closer. Phayu obligated.

''Grandma, this is my Boyfriend P'Phayu, P'Phayu this is my grandma'' Rain introduced them.

''It's a pleasure to meet you, Grandma'' Phayu said politely and waid to her.

''Pleasure is all my, sweetheart'' she waid back and continued ''I heard a lot about you, Rainy here wouldn't stop talking about how amezing his man is''

Rain turned red as a tomato ''Grandma''

Phayu laughed, took hold of Rain's hand, and said ''please, do share more''

''Well-'' Grandma started, Rain interrupted ''Where's grandpa''
Grandma and Phayu affectionately smiled at him.
''Changing the subject so quickly'' Grandma said.

''No,'' Rain defended, his voice becoming a high pitch.

''Mmh'' she hummed, not believing even a bit.

''And here I thought you were nervous for me to meet your grandpa'' Phayu teased.

''Please, enough of teasing me'' Rain pleaded, he had had enough.
The other two just laughed.

''I don't know how much more I can take'' he stopped and then continued again and said ''and Yeah, I'm really nervous P'Phayu, you know that''

''I do, good boy'' Phayu said and hugged him from behind.
Rain melted in Phayu's embrace. He was about to say something when a voice from inside said ''Are there here yet''.

Rain stiffened.

It was his grandpa.

Phayu noticed and whispered ''Remember I'm here with you and there isn't any place I would rather be'' Rain smiled and nodded.

Rain pulled away from Phayu and turned toward the way his grandpa was coming.

''Grandpa'' Rain said and moved close to him.

''Rain,'' he said as they hugged each other ''how you been boy''

''I've been good, really good'' Rain said smiling.

''Good'' His grandpa said, when his eyes catch, standing a little far away, a man.

Ooo, that must be the boyfriend he thought.

Rain caught his grandpa glanced at Phayu. He took his hand ''Come on Grandpa'' and drag him towered Phayu ''let me introduce you to someone''

''Grandpa, this is P'Phayu, my boyfriend'' his grandson introduced his boyfriend. He thought here w ego again. He is probably like his son–in–law, so he is just gonna have to make his life miserable. What else is there to be done? ''and P'Phayu this is my grandfather''.
Phayu said ''it's a pleasure to meet you''

Well, at least this one has some manners.

''Mhh'' he murmured and looked at his wife, who was glaring at him.

He cowered and said ''same''.

Knowing she won't get much more from her husband, she sushed them inside to the dining room, where she asked her husband to help her.
