Harry Potter- Welsh Heart, French Flair

Arrival

You and your sister walked down the isle of the carriage of the hogwarts express, looking for a space on the train. She turned to look at you and said "Rydw i'n mynd eistedd gyda fy ffrindiau." ("I'm going to sit with my friends")

"Iawn, byddaf yn siarad a chi yn y castell." ("Ok ,i'll talk to you at the castle") You reply nodding as she goes in the opposite direction to you. "Hywl!" She calls out to you ("Bye") and you wave at her. You didn't really fancy following her as her friends tended to be a bit much for your liking, you all liked completely different things.

Walking further down, all the compartments are full and the trains been going for about 10 minutes now. As you approach the very last compartment you peer inside to see a familiar red headed boy, a raven haired boy with glasses and a bushy haired girl with a ginger looking cat. You smile instantly remembering each of them, you may be in the year above but your all still good friends. You knock on the door and they all turn up to look at you.

"(Y/N)!" Harry cried excitedly, smiling for what seems to be the first time in ages to his other friends. You and harry had become friends when you arrived last year, harry was asking how to perform a (N/S) charm, and in return he taught you how to do a patronus which was a (F/M).

You smiled at all of them as you asked if you could sit down, which they all happily agreed. You all did a bit of small talk for a while until a comfortable silence fell over you. That is until the lady with the trolly came close shouting her usual call. Harry and Ron went out asking for something or other. That is until Cho Chang came along and asked for two pumpkin pasties to which in response Harry started staring at her. Hardly suprising, Cho was the prettiest girl in school (so people say) and she was on the Ravenclaw quidditch team with you, but the way she bullied Luna just didn't sit right with you. Her friends giggled at the scene of Harry and you just sighed.

"Come on Romeo sit down." You say as Harry blushes even more

"What no-" He stutters.

"Joking Harry, Joking." you laugh back as you pick out (F/F) and give the trolly lady money. Cho however didn't seem to find it funny either as she mentions the words sheep and something you can't quite make out, but instantly know what it is. You sigh again. "Your insults are as bad as ever, you gonna come up with better ones then sheep jokes?" She just grunted back at you and left with her friends. You sit back down just shaking your head at all of you laughing at Harry's still red face. "Whose Romeo?" Ron asks and you all laugh harder. Soon the subject turns more serious as you all talk about the quidditch world cup catastrophe. 

"Was there no security?" Hermoine asks in her matter of fact way. "Loads" said Ron chewing on something "Thats why everyones so worried about it." Harry then starts to hold his scar as you look over.

"Something wrong Harry?" You ask looking concerned. "Your scar its hurting again isn't it?" Hermoine interjects. She then tells Harry to go and write to Sirius (they told you about him last year). Harry does so giving the letter to the beautiful snowy owl and releases her into the night. You loved your Osprey (O/N) and wouldn't replace her with anything, but wow Harry's Owl was pretty. Although it was difficult to stop them killing each other sometimes.

"Hey Ron, has Charlie had any new dragons come in?" You ask slightly stary eyed. Harry and Hermoine roll their eyes at you, they know about your obsession with dragons, although Hermoine doesn't really take too kindly to (D/N) your pygmy dragon after it accidently set a strand of her hair on fire last year. All was made up afterwards though. Ron however looks just as excited as he tells you about a new female Hungarian Horntail.

"A horntail!" You ask excitedly "Unbelievable!"

Horntails where amongst your favourite types of dragons although your favourite was (F/D). You all make idle chatter as you carry on on with the train ride all laughing with each other. You eventually reach Hogwarts station, and get of the train carriage to hear the booming voice of Hagrid your favourite teacher guiding all the first years. Harry, Ron and Hermoine all go off on their own. You continue onwards reaching the gates of Hogwarts to the magical carriages. As you get on one you see sitting their are you best friends Neville and Luna. Neville looks as nervous as ever and appears to be holding some kind of strange grey plant. Luna has that forever dreamy look on her face as she continues reading.
