Changing my writing style a bit to help convey actions, I'll probably update the old chapters both in this story and in my Gravity Falls book.
After dealing with Animo, Team Tennyson arrived at a harbour in a lake to rest, with Max also planning on taking the kids fishing.
As Max set up camp, Ben and Jackson decided to go swimming with Gwen going along to make sure the duo didn't do anything stupid. But after some nagging and convincing, she decided to join them. But when she returned, Ben surprised her by playing a cannonball and splashing her. Jackson gave Ben an eight out of ten for the splash, while Gwen made her splash, getting the same score. The trio of kids started playing Marco Polo but was interrupted by Ben pulling a prank by spooking Gwen and Jackson by transforming into Four Arms and covering himself and seaweed, this caused Jackson to panic and transform into Tidal Wave which caused all three to chuckle a little bit. Unfortunately, both Ben and Jackson were dragged underwater suddenly.
While Ben could only make out a pair of glowing eyes, Jackson could fully see it due to his transformation.

Not wanting to be monster food, Jackson punched it, causing it to let go of the Alien Duo. After resurfacing and both Ben and Jackson explaining to Gwen what happened. They ran to the Rust Bucket to tell Max, who unfortunately decided to call it a night, or he wanted to until his grandkids and godson woke him up by both their yelling as Ben and Jackson de-transforming.
"It was humongous and had these red glowing eyes!" Ben yelled.
"It had these webbed feet and two tentacles coming out from the side of its head!" Jackson added.
"Okay, usually, if it was just one of you, I wouldn't believe you. But tell you what, we'll go looking for it in the morning." Max responded tiredly
Sighing, the kids agreed and got ready for bed.
Small time skip by Ben being hyper after drinking coffee
The morning sun had risen, it shined right into Gwen's eyes, causing her to stir. She got up and went through her morning routine, after she was done, she noticed that she was the last one up, as Max, Ben and Jackson were all missing from the RV. Walking outside she was greeted by Ben, carrying a bucket of fish bait.
"Breakfast?" He asked his cousin.
"What, ew no!" she exclaimed.
Laughing Ben corrected her and pointed to Jackson who was sitting at a picnic table eating some pancakes that Max had prepared. Joining her boyfriend, Gwen began to eat the pancakes as Jackson explained their plan to Gwen. The Alien watch duo had used some of the money that Jackson's mom and dad had given him to buy the bait in hopes of using it to lure out the creature they saw last night. With Max's permission, they would use the bait for both fishing and luring out the creature.
