chap. 13

"It is about time girls, getting a tan and get waisted." Tessa screamed. The girls in the red jeep cheered. I just rolld my eyes as I gathered the mail and Tessa grabbed the wagon. "Come on Tes, open it." I turned to her with an envelope in my hand. She got excited as we kept walking. Her face morfed soon enough once she read what the mail had on it. "Denied." She said with a sign. I frowned. Well there went her happy mode. I gave her a side hug," everything will be alright Tes, just give it time." I told her. She just shrugged it off and walked into the Yeager house. I walked over to my Ault mode wich was parked behind the house. It looks so different then it used to, I had changed it while on the run from the government. All of the autobots here on the run, I haven't heard from then in years. Kade had offered me a place to stay even though he could barely take care of himself and his daughter. I tried to help out but it was never enough. Tessa had went to go call her boyfriend Shane, who I was friends with sence we both liked to race cars. The sound of trucks rolling up the drive way caught my attention. I walked back around the front of the house only to see Mr. Yeager helping direct a big truck witch was carring an old looking semi. I walked over as Tes came out of the house. "I hope you didn't spend our money of this dad." She said. "No he spent mine, 150 dollars of it." Lucas, Kade's partner said. I looked between them then walked over to the truck driver. "Thanks man, for hauling the truck." I said. I unhooked the semi and waved the other off. Kade. Lucan and Tessa came into the barn/shop. "What are you going to do with it?" I asked. Kade shrugged comming up to stand beside me as Tessa and Lucas found something else to do," strip it down for parts. Maybe fix it, I am not really sure yet." I nodded and went to open the driverside door. Large casings fell out and the truck started shaking. I hopped back down to look at the truck some more.

~TIME SKIP~

I was sitting on the porch looking at the birds in the sky when Kade called me over. He had already pushed Lucas and Tessa into the barn. "Come in, come in, lock the door." He said. "There is not lock." Lucas said. Kade went over to the semi truck. "Guys this isn't a normal truck. I don't believe it is a truck at all. I think we just found a transformer." He hooked up the engine to a battery, the lights flashed and a voice I haven't heard in years played through the radio. "Calling all autobots, calling all autobots." The broken voice of Optimus Prime said. Lucas and Tessa freaked out while I stood there in shock. Kade assured them that the truck was not dangerous and he had been working on it all night. "You know how much money we could get for turning it in." Lucas said. I glared. "Ya it could pay for the house." Tessa added. "No. You can't turn him in, what if he is a good guy, what if he is injured?" I said pointing to my leaders altmode. Kade shook his head," just let me look at it alright. I am an inventor, if I could find out how these things work, it would change everything." Kade said. I huffed. I watched as Lucas and Kade walked back in the barn while Tessa ran to the house. I sat right infrount of the semi truck watching the males walk in. "You will not strip him for parts." I said with a glare. Kade froze and shook his head no. I slowly got up from my seat but stayed close. They ended up pulling a missile out of the grill of truck. "Wow." Lucas said. They both screamed when it shot off out of their hands and twords the house. Tessa screamed running g out of the house. "Dad there is a missile in the family room." I rolled my eyes once more and Kade activated something causing the truck to transform. "Stay back, get back I will you. I'll shoot. Get back." Optimus yelled stumbling around the small area of the barn. "Hey, hey it is ok, we ant gonna hurt ya." I say putting my hands up motioning for the other three to do aswell. Kade walked closer slowly " Hi, my name is Kade Yeager, you are in my barn in Texas. This is my daughter, and two friends." He said. Op coughed," my name is Optimus Prime." He seemed to think for a moment. "My autobots." I stepped forward " Op calm down." I said. He froze looking over me. "Monark?" He coughed. I nodded. "Hi Oppy." He sighed. Slowly transforming into his altmode allowing his holoform to be activated. His door opened and his holoform stumbled out. "Oppy." I called as he hugged me. I was still a youngling in cybertronian standards much like my brothers. The older cybertronians had adopted me. Optimus, Ratch, and ironhide were all like fathers to me. He hugged me until the others left but Kade. "How did he do that?" The inventor asked. "It is a holoform, all of the autobots have one. We have them to help blend in with humans better." I answered leaning up against the semi truck. "We?" Kade caught on. I sighed," I am a cybertronian, an autobot like Optimus. This is my holoform that goes by Marcella but my car is my altform and I go by Monark in that form." I turn to op," your hurt, what happened." I asked. His holoform disappeared as his biped mode sat on the floor. "Human attack, got ambushed." He said. I nodded. "I can fix you." Kade piped in. I nodded," then let's get to work."
