No one's POV:
Muzan called on Nakime to bring Kokushibo to his office. He had a new mission for him.
This whole time. Ever since Giyuu arrived he'd been trying to break through into his thoughts, and thanks to Giyuu's inner panic attack he managed to do that. So now he has a free source of information. Being able to read the thoughts of a hashira might be helpful.
He had the thought of devouring Giyuu, but Kokushibo had literally begged him not to. Muzan didn't know why, but he had a hunch it was because of that mist hashira.
Something isn't right about that kid.
That kid..... acts like a psycho. That's what akaza always reported when he was sent to spy on him....
Anyways.
Muzan was starting to regret his decision of not devouring Giyuu. The upper moons were making no progress in finding the blue spider lily. He didn't even know why he bothered listening to upper rank 1.
Maybe he felt bad for the guy.
No that wasn't it....
His face heated up just thinking about the upper rank
"Something......you need master?" That same voice that belonged to the person he was just thinking of said. This snapped his out of his thoughts.
"Ah yes. Kokushibo I have a new assignment for you."
He said calmly to the man bowing down in front of him.
"Other than Hantengu. You're the only one suitable for this."
"I need you to sneak into the slayer corps HQ." He continued.
This confused Kokushibo...why would he need him. Akaza had already been doing that, and he wasn't getting caught at all. Muzan of course caught onto this confusion by reading his thoughts.
He let out a sigh. "You're the only one who's had an interaction with the former water hashira. Not to mention you, and that mist hashira have been in his thoughts lately."
"I see...." He stood up, and walked out.
Muzan didn't even mind. At this point. Muzan was picking favorites. He gave Kokushibo privileges.
Privileges other demons wouldn't be able to live after doing.
For example
Muzan would kill a demon on the spot if they just walked out without his consent, or without him dismissing them. Kokushibo on the other hand can leave, as he pleases.
He didn't know why he would let it slide everytime.
He blushed again just thinking about the man.

Kokushibo's POV:
I barely had an interaction with him....
Though I wouldn't like to be out in a situation like last time.
I sighed asking Nakime to teleport me outside. As soon as I made it out I questioned.
"How am I even gonna find the HQ?"
.......I should've asked Akaza.
Well to late now. I don't want to trouble Nakime. I'll just hope. Luck is on my side.
No one's POV:
And to his surprise it was. He hid his strong presence when he heard talking coming from behind him.
Quickly he jumped in a tree hiding on a branch.
And there it was. His lucky day.
Two hashira's. One had a snake on their shoulder. The other had scars on their face.
Kokushibo didn't need to be a genius to know they were strong. They had to be some of the strongest of the hashira.
They were talking about how easy their mission just was.
Then another topic that had kokushibo interested. It was about Tomioka. He could only assume they didn't get along with him, as they were literally without a doubt bad-mouthing him.

Kokushibo was grateful they hadn't at all noticed him when he was following them back.
Now all he needed to do was find the water estate....or should he say
'The demon estate'
Tomioka surely must've made a new breathing style that involves his blood demon art like kokushibo has done.

"Oh....so he killed it" Giyuu let out a small sad smile. Sabito nodded. "So you trained him as well." He continued.
"I'm so glad he's alive.....what about his sister...??"
"He mentioned she was asleep for 2 years, she's awake now" Sabito smiled.
"I've spying on him for a while now... He's on a mission at the moment"
"Oh......I hope it's not too dangerous"
"But there's something more import–"
He was cut off by Giyuu's crow.
"CAW CAW!! TOMIOKA GIYUU. YOU'RE NEEDED AT THE UBUYASHIKI ESTATE NOW!! UBUYASHIKI ESTATE!!"
