Herobrine's eyes were everywhere. In the forest, in the caves. I ran to Dumbpasta.

"He's after me!"

His body stays still. His head rotates around on his neck. A maddened grin crosses his face.

I jumped awake. Creeper Repellent sprung off the bed and ran down the stairs. I sat up and looked around. The girl was sitting on the edge of my bed flipping through a book. She looked up.

"Are you alright?"

I caught my breath and fell back, hitting my head on the headboard.

"Notchdamnit!"

The girl stood up and pulled me down the bed. She walked around the bed and kneeled down by my head. She pushed my head to the side and looked at the back of my head.

"You are clumsy." She muttered.

I huffed.

She let go of my face and stood up. I turned to look at the ceiling. The girl walked back around the bed and picked up the book she was reading. She stretched out at the foot of the bed and opened the book.

We sat in silence.

"Um...." I started.

"Yes?"

"Do you have a name?"

"Yes."

"...can I hear it?"

"(-':_/|}."

I blinked.

"Okay then... do you go by anything else?"

"I... I don't think so."

"Maybe we can think of something?"

She sat up.

"Alright. But, I would like the final say...."

I pushed myself up.

"Why wouldn't you?"

She looked down.

"The Darkness... he called me a... a little shit.... I-I was his slave...."

She bit her lip. Her dark hair fell over her face. She held back a sob and curled into a ball.

It got a little colder in the room. The glowstone dimmed a bit. I leaned forward.

"We don't have to talk about this." I whispered.

She shivered a little. I scooted over to where she was sitting.

"Uh... hello?"

She didn't say anything. I glanced around.

I wrapped my arms around her shoulders. She tensed up. I patted her head softly.

"Shhh... It's okay...."

Her body relaxed. We sat in silence.
