seeing, and hearing things

So as the title says, I've been seeing and hearing things alot. I've mainly been seeing shadow figures, and one figure I've seen alot tho, I've never seen its face, despite it once being across the room once. That figure, looks to be all white except where it's head is, it's head seems to be pitch black. I've seen it on all fours, and standing, when it's standing it's fucking tall. I also had a moment where I had thrown something away, and turned away, but when I had turned back I saw the cabinet was open for a split second, then it was closed again.

As for hearing, it's mainly just been static, high pitched ringing, and beeping? I have also been getting bad headaches lately as well as my eyes have been quite sensitive for whatever reason.

Also I'm thinking of doing some summoning, so tell me who I should try summoning^-^
