Lisa and Jennie went to bid their farewells the next day, but Nikki persuaded them to stay.

There will be a birthday celebration for a Hun deity in a few days.

At that time, the Toman tribe would have unprecedentedly great festivities.

Nikki invited Jennie and Lisa to stay and have a look around.

Jennie gave her thanks with a slight smile.

She turned her head to ask for Lisa's opinion, as if she viewed her as the decision maker.

Lisa agreed with a red face.

Though she had fought the Huns for so many years, she had already retired from military power.

It would be somewhat of a shame if she still did not experience the Huns' culture.

Lisa's perspectives had changed a lot.

In the past, the Huns were all the same in her eyes.

They were the enemy of the kingdom, and they were her mortal enemy.

Now, the Toman tribe had signed a treaty with the kingdom.

The Toman tribe would make a yearly tribute, and the kingdom's court would supply the Toman tribe of the grass plains with the rarest metals to craft as weapons.

The Toman tribe had also become a barrier on the grass plains for the kingdom.

Jennie told her that perhaps in the near future, the Toman tribe might even open trades with the kingdom, to exchange cows and sheep for other living necessities.

After a few days of silence, Jisoo openly and gracefully checked Lisa's body.

All of Lisa's external injuries were healed, and the injury on her head was also fine.

Her life was in no danger.

As for the white hair on Lisa's temples, Jisoo said that it is up to the doer to undo the knot, just live easy from now on.

Lisa was still young, so it would turn black again eventually.

Jisoo's frankness made Lisa feel somewhat embarrassed instead.

They stayed for ten days in the grass plains, and in this period, Jisoo had never approached Jennie voluntarily.

She has admitted defeat, so she really did back out.

But on the night before they were to set off, Jisoo knocked on Lisa's door.

Lisa let Jisoo walk inside: "To visit so late at night, what is the matter?"

Jisoo took out a few prescriptions from her chest, then she gave it to Lisa: "I've prescribed a few medicines for you. When to have it, how to use it, it's all written clearly in there. Come and look for me again in three years."

Lisa accepted the prescriptions, then she said sincerely: "Thank you."

Jisoo waved her hand, then she casually sat down in a chair: "I'm the kind of person who would never go to the temple for nothing; I came because I want to ask you something, and to say something to Jennie."

Jennie walked out from behind the folding screen in Lisa's outer clothing.

She let Lisa sit in the position in front of Jisoo, while she picked the seat next to Lisa.

Jisoo was taken aback by Jennie's choice of seating.

She had been utterly convinced when Lisa righteously stabbed the dagger towards her own heart, but she was even more shaken by how Jennie put Lisa first in every way.
