The story starts in November, when a young boy named Minato was having his 7th birthday party. He was given a gift, thinking it was box of shoes (A/N: Not exactly the kind of shoes boys typically wear, like Jordans or Nike), but it was a black sweatshirt and sweatpants. An astonished expression was placed on Minato's face. "Like it?" "I love it! Thank you, mom!" Minato hugged his mother, but his facial expression and what he said was a lie.

Even he himself had noticed that he didn't seem as happy to see the gift he got. His parents meant well to him, but he never felt happy about gifts that were given to him, especially on his 6th, 5th, or 4th birthday, and it bugged him. "I'm going to put this on my TV stand and sleep. I'll be taking this piece of cake to the refrigerator", Minato excused himself and did exactly that.

His parents chuckle, as he sighed, walking up the stairs, into his room and plopped onto the bed, throwing his gift to the side of it. "Why am I not always happy with these gifts? I feel so ungrateful", he asked himself. Questions go on until 20 seconds later. A feminine voice calls from the side of the room, specifically, the closet. "Victoria. Come here." "Victoria?", Minato replied, but assuming "Victoria" was him, and already liking the name the moment it was uttered. "Your name is Minato, correct? But it's not who you think you are, is it?" "How did you know?" "Come closer, inside the closet." The closet doors open revealing a glow. "If you walk through here, you'll never know confusion, or gender dysphoria again, Victoria", the voice tries to lure Minato. "Dysphoria?" He is hesitant, but he'd thought about for a brief moment. If he walks in the closet, he'd never be confused or uneasy with his self. He reluctantly walks into the closet, and the doors close as she walks through, to another place she'd never seen before. "Welcome, Victoria, to the City Of Pride", a woman walks up to Victoria, and a shocked expression is shown on her face.

Now, I'm not transgender, let alone Transfem, so I don't know what being trans is like. I'm sorry. 😞 But I try the best as I can to make a book base off being transgender. I wish you a happy pride.
