I pulled into "Pachamama Coffee" I was meeting Jacquelyn and Kamila.
We decided to grab coffee and talk about our life recently.
"Hey " I said walking into the coffee shop while hugging them.
"It's been forever since I seen y'all" Mila said.
"I know right" I replied while getting up to go order.
Can I get a vanilla Bean Latte with a chocolate muffin "Will that be all for you?" The cashier asked. "Yes" "okay your total will be $10.25" I gave her the cash and got my items.
"Okay so how have y'all been?" Jaci asked.
"I've been doing okay collage is draining me I'm trying my best" I replied.
"You been on yo shit Liah just keep doing your best I know it's not easy but we got u boo" Mila said. I gave her and Jaci a warming smile.
Thank you! "Y'all are the best fucking friends a person could ask for,But how have y'all been"? I asked.
"Well my business has been blooming! It feels like something's missing tho" Mila said.
"I'm sure your find what your missing baby" I replied.
"Collage has also been kicking my ass but other than that I feel like I'm doing good!" Jaci said.
Im happy that everybody is doing well.
As we we're about to leave I felt a pair of eyes on me. I turned around to see who it was It was the dude that I bumped into last night. We were making direct eye contact until I turned away.
"Y'all see them fine men over there"? Mila asked.
"Yes girl one of them asked me could they get my number last night"Jaci said.
"Im go up there and see what the lightskin one on I be back y'all"Mila said referring to the one with curly hair.
The one I bumped into last night came up to me.
"Hey. Your that one girl that bumped into me last night?" he questioned.
"Yea" I replied nervously.
"What's your name"? He asked.
"My names Taaliah but Liah for short". "What's your name"?
"You have a beautiful name. My name is Giovanni" He replied.
"Well it's nice to meet you Giovanni " I told him.
"Well I have to go I hope too see you in the future." Giovanni told me. I nodded and said bye.
I said bye to the girls then left.
