Floating around, or not..

RC was kept home the next day, for 'medical' reasons, but she felt fine! She was aggravated by the sudden interrogation she received the day before. She stayed in her room for as long as she could, not trying to face her parents. She originally woke up at 7:47 am, but crawled back under her covers and pulled them over her head to force herself back to sleep. She was falling in and out of consciousness until she heard a knock on her door. She peeked from under the covers at the door, seeing if they'd enter without her permission.

"Hey RC...I just wanted to apologize, and also try to give you food." Christian said. RC thought about it, Christian wasn't the one grilling her in the hospital yesterday, he didn't technically do anything. She got up, but stopped, as the sudden body movement made some stiff joints crack. "Jesus Christ RC I could hear that HAHA!" Christian laughed from outside. RC's face went red as she got up to open the door. There stood her 5'9 surprisingly buff father, holding two plates; one with a lid, and one with food. "What's in there?" RC said pointing to the lid, and Christian waved her hand away. "We'll get to that in a second, let's talk though, close the door, lock it maybe." He said, stepping into the room.

RC closed and locked it behind her. Christian sat the closed plate on her dresser, and sat at the edge of her bed, handing her the plate of food. "It's not much, I just assumed you didn't eat much yesterday is all." He shrugged. "Plus you'll need it for later." He added, thinking about if that's all she'd need. The food on the plate consisted of; eggs, not a lot, and what looked to be a split piece of bacon. "Thank you, what'd you wanna talk about?" RC said before joining him on the bed. Christian sighed, eyeing the lidded plate, before turning back to RC. "I'll be nice, and not pressure the subject for now. But do you wanna briefly tell me what's been happening lately?"

She took a deep breath, not knowing what she should respond with. She didn't even know if she wanted to tell him. She kinda owed one of the 5 an explanation however, and for now, Christian was the only one who's gonna get one. "Well.. I don't know how serious it is..but I found an 'inspiration', l guess, at school." She started, picking and choosing her words carefully. He nodded, "Well, can I ask if you started a new hobby? Like art or something?" He guessed. RC shook her head, looking off to the side. She wasn't going to openly tell him about her new...whatever she was going through. She ended up eating a piece of bacon to give herself more time to think. "I know you're trying to make it seem like you're eating so you can't talk. I'm not THAT stupid haha..you don't have to tell me if you don't want to, RC." He laughed, seeing through her act.

"Well uh...it's not a hobby.. it's more of a...person? I'm not so sure." She said, swallowing her food. She but her lip, Christian held a questioning face. He did promise not to pressure the subject, and that meant that he probably wouldn't be able to find out who. "That's fine, maybe it's just a crush? I won't ask who it is or anything right now. But do you wanna explain what happened yesterday? No extreme detail is needed of course. Or tell me nothing, that's fine as well." Christian said before wrapping an arm around RC, to imply he's not here to be against her.

"I mean..I guess it was.." she said, not being able to piece it together. She was starting to feel herself getting stressed just thinking about it. "Actually, finish at least the eggs real quick. I've got something that'll help, you look stressed out." He said, going over to the plate that say untouched on her desk.

RC ate her eggs while suspiciously watching Christian bring the plate to her dresser, which was higher up than her nightstand. He was facing his back towards her, blocking her view. She could hear paper ripping, sprinkling, and focused mumbles from whatever he was doing. By the time she'd finished, he turned back around holding the plate with the lip still on. "My dear child. You might wanna get comfortable on your bed for this, let me open your window real quick." He said walking over to the window, peeking outside before opening it.
