After what felt like hours of playing in the pool park Chan calls out "GUYS COME OUT FOR A BIT WE ARE SETTING UP A BBQ" You and Felix stop just before finishing a lap of the pool and jump out racing towards the grill "Careful y/n dont run around the pool you could fall or get hurt" Hyunjin hisses "You too Felix" You and Felix giggle silently together. The others slowly start to swarm around Chan and Hyunjin who plate out the meat and veggies for everyone.

Everyone grabs a piece of meat and starts tearing it apart. You poke around at the meat noticing it wasnt fully cooked and oozed out blood. You were unsure but took a bite anyway, to your surprise it was tasty. You brushed your tounge along your teeth clicking its against your lips "Y/n! That wasnt cooked fully for you to eat" Hyunjin says snatching your plate "Its fine this one is cooked enough" you reach for the plate still chewing the meat, the other exchange looks curiously watching you. Chan just chuckles as he places a tiny box full of toothpicks, sucking on your teeth you reach over and grab one.

You poke around at your tooth when you notice Seungmin staring at you. "Wow it looks like you have fangs!" Everyone turns to examine you. "If I hadn't know you were human I would've thought you were a vampire" Hyunjins eyes darken, he stares at Seungmin. Everyone begins to laugh it off. You look at them awkwardly feeling the tension. "Is everyone finished eating?" Chan asks breaking the tension. "Yeah I think so" Changbin pipes in. "Great should we get going then?" "We have other places to go?" Everyone smiles at you. "Hyunjin has one more thing up his sleeve" Felix whispers in your ear grinning.

The car ride is silent, everyone is either looking at the window or looking at you. But in your case the only person you could focus on was Hyunjin, He sat next to you with his hand tucked on the inner side of your thigh gently brushing his thumb from side to side, you sat there tensed. You try to brush of his hand by sitting up just from his hand to reach further down your thigh. You could almost feel a heartbeat, but it wasn't your heart that was beating. Before you could say anything the car came to an abrupt stop.

"Hyunjin, we are here" Melody says as the sliding doors revealed a stunning view, the blurred sunlight shone against the ocean's water reflecting towards your eyes. You bring your arm to your face and step put the car. Excitedly you dash towards the edge of the cliff "Hey Y/n wait for me!" Hyunjin scolded you. You simply stare in aw at the view in front of you, you could feel water building up in the brim of your eyes. You watch as the bubbled waves crash against the sand, the sounds of birds singing and the ocean waves was all that could be heard. You stood so high above this beach, on a cliff of one of the many hills which consumed the beach. The bodies of water so clear you could see sand continuing along no matter how far the water pulled away.

"Its beautiful.." Whispering to yourself you feel a pair of arms tightly wrapping around you and slightly tugging backwards away from the ledge. Turning your body towards himself he gently caresses your hair behind your ears "Whats wrong?" His voice becomes low and comforting. "Nothing.. Just memories" He softly smiles at you, not like he did before, it was different. Almost like he knew what she was feeling. "Y/nnnn" Felix skips over to you and Hyunjin "Sorry to interrupt this very...uh...interesting moment but come with me, i have something you would want to see!" Felix slithers his arms between Hyunjin's, grabbing your arm he drags you over and sits with you down next to Chan and Jeongin.

"You know y/n...This is our favourite place" Your eyebrows raise as you tune in to listen. "This was our escape place, from everything" Chan sighs,"When Hyunjin first told us he wanted to bring you here, we were all quite hesitant since obviously this place means something to all of us, we agreed of course" Jeongin then speaks up "But... that made us realise, you must truly mean something to Hyunjin. No one knows what, why or how but all we know is that you will be safe with us, I don't think anyone is up to letting anything bad happen to you after seeing how protective he is of you"

You look at them with soft eyes, your voice also softens. "Its really nice to know that you guys actually care and that im not some random human you have to put up with.." You chuckle under your breath at your own comment "I guess my mum was lying about vampires all along.." The three of them suddenly turn to you "Huh?" "Oh nothing its just that m-" "Y/n." You were interrupted by Hyunjins monotone voice. "Yes Hyunjin?" "Y/N WAIT" Felix tries to reach his hand out to you but Hyunjin grabs your arm and he teleports away just before Felix could get a hold of you. "SHIT GUYS WE NEED TO FIND THEM NOW" "Woah woah Felix calm down whats wrong?" "HIS EYES WERE RED" His words echo over the mountains and silence fills the air. "We need to find him...NOW"

Omg thank you all for all the support, I haven't been in touch with this story and the other one in forever 😭 I truly didn't mean for it to take this long before I was able to give you guys another update but I hope you guys enjoy this one. Once again I can't guarantee my next update will be anytime soon but since I've been seeing so many positive responses for more chapters I'll try my best to continue to write and come out with chapters for those who are waiting for them.
