3RD PERSON POV:

Misa blinked her eyes open, the morning sunlight streaming through the curtains. As she stretched her arms and yawned, her thoughts slowly shifted from the realm of dreams to the reality of a new day.

After getting out of bed and going through her regular morning routines, Misa made her way to the kitchen. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, mingling with the scent of toast and jam. Ayanokoji was already seated at the table, engrossed in a book, his little fingers tracing the lines of text.

"Mornin', Kiyo-chan!" Misa greeted him with a cheerful tone, her eyes shining with affection. She couldn't help but feel a surge of happiness at the sight of him, his presence bringing a sense of joy and companionship to her life.

Ayanokoji looked up from his book and returned her smile, a hint of a blush coloring his cheeks. "Good morning, Misa." he replied

Misa taking a seat beside him, poured herself a cup of coffee and added just the right amount of sugar, savoring the rich flavor as it warmed her from within. The two of them ate their breakfast in comfortable silence, the occasional shared glances filled with unspoken understanding...

Misa's POV

Just as I finished my last bite, my phone rang, breaking the tranquil atmosphere. I picked it up and glanced at the screen, my heart skipping a beat when I saw the name displayed: Ayumi. Ayumi, my childhood friend whom I hadn't seen in ages.

"Hey, Misa! Long time no see!" Ayumi's familiar voice chirped through the phone, instantly transporting me back to our carefree days.

My excitement couldn't be contained. "I can't believe it's really you, Ayumi!" I exclaimed, a rush of memories flooding my mind.

Ayumi's voice brimmed with enthusiasm. "I know, right? It's been way too long!

"I actually called to invite you to my birthday party. It's next week, and I would love for you to be there. We'll catch up and have a blast, just like old times! "

"It would be only us, me and you, as always, it will be going on my house as same!

I couldn't help but reminisce about our childhood escapades, the mischief we got into, and the bond we shared. The thought of reconnecting with Ayumi filled me with a sense of nostalgia and longing.

"We definitely need to catch up," I said, my voice filled with genuine excitement. "Your birthday party sounds like the perfect opportunity. I can't wait to see you and reminisce about the good old days."

Ayumi laughed, her laughter like a melody from the past. "I'm thrilled that you're coming, Misa! It won't be the same without you. We have so much to talk about and so many memories to share. It's going to be a blast!"

Turning my gaze towards Kiyo-chan who sat quietly beside me, I couldn't help but wonder what he thought about attending the birthday party. Would he enjoy the company of old friends and the nostalgia that filled the air, or did he prefer the tranquility of our peaceful life together?

I knew that Kiyo-chan's unique abilities and his distinct way of thinking set him apart from others. He had a remarkable knack for knowledge, and his way of thinking and acting was guided by a logical mindset. But behind his pokerface and apparent lack of emotions, I couldn't help but wonder if there was more to him. I hoped that somewhere in his past, he had experienced the joy of friendship and the connections that come with it. It was my wish that he had at least one friend whom he could reconnect with and find moments of happiness.

Lost in my thoughts, I took a moment to recall my own experiences growing up, the joy of friendships, and the sense of belonging that came with them.  But as I considered the upcoming birthday party, a glimmer of hope sparked within me. Perhaps this event could be an opportunity for Kiyo-chan to witness the beauty of human connections, to experience the warmth of friendships, even if it was from a distance. It might serve as a reminder that there was more to life than his usual stoic existence.

My thoughts were interrupted by Ayumi's cheerful voice on the other end of the line. "I can't wait to see you, Misa! It's going to be like old times."

A smile crept onto my face as I responded, my voice filled with anticipation. "I'm looking forward to it too, Ayumi. We have so much to catch up on."

Ayumi's voice brimmed with excitement. "Absolutely, Misa! It's going to be a day filled with laughter and joy. I'll see you at the party!"

With our final goodbyes, we ended the call, the tone replacing Ayumi's cheerful voice. I put the phone down, a feeling of waiting lingering in the air. The prospect of reuniting with Ayumi and reliving precious memories excites me.

"Kiyo-chan"  "I've just received an invitation to Ayumi's birthday party. It's a gathering of our childhood friends from back when we lived in the same neighborhood. I was wondering if you'd like to come with me?"

He paused for a moment, his expression contemplative. "I appreciate it, Misa, but I'm not sure if I should attend. After all, I wasn't officially invited."  'Ugh, Kiyo-chan, again...'

I smiled warmly, trying to assuage his concerns. "Kiyo-chan, while it's true that you weren't formally invited, I'm sure Ayumi would be glad to have you there. You're an important person in my life, and I want to share these moments with you."

He considered my words, his gaze meeting mine. "Are you certain about this, Misa? I wouldn't want to intrude or make you guys uncomfortable."

I shook my head and reassured "You wouldn't be intruding at all, Kiyo-chan. I'm sure Ayumi would be delighted to meet you. You'll get along, I promise! Oh, and Ayumi has a little sister named Miku. She's two years older than you, Kiyo-chan. I have a feeling you two will hit it off too. "

"Maybe even more"

"If you say so.."

'He's still unreachable and resistant to my charms! My teasing never works, but I won't give up, Kiyo-chan! I'll try harder next time, get ready!'

"That's a spirit Kiyo-chan!" "I'm happy you're coming!..."

AN: Here goes timeskip and a pic of Miku. She's Miku Hatsune! I made her real person, and Ayumi is a fresh OC (original character) too. My bad for the switch-up, but keep on reading. It's gonna be good, I promise! Or at least, give it a chance! Thanks!
