Shea is an 18-year-old girl attending Loyala High School. She possesses an inner strength that shines through her gentle demeanor. With an infectious smile and a passion for art, she navigates the challenges of high school with resilience and determination. Despite her kindness and artistic talent, Shea becomes the target of relentless bullying by her peers at Loyal High School. The reasons behind the bullying may be rooted in jealousy, insecurity, or simply the desire to exert power over someone perceived as vulnerable. Shea's parents, both successful neurologists, have demanding careers that often keep them busy. As their only child, Shea has grown up with a sense of independence and self-reliance. However, the nature of her parents' work, coupled with her desire to shield them from her bullying experiences, leads her to keep her struggles at school to herself. Shea understands that her parents have their own responsibilities and stresses, and she doesn't want to burden them further.

 Tyler is a popular, tall, and handsome guy at Loyal High School. Despite his extraordinary academic achievements and his status as the object of many students' affections, he harbors a deep dislike for Shea and engages in bullying behavior towards her. However, when one of Tyler's friends witnesses his bullying and joins in, the situation escalates as they both begin to target Shea together. Tyler, coming from a wealthy family, has grown up with privileges and opportunities that many others envy. His parents, who are renowned cardiologists, have provided him with a comfortable lifestyle, often referred to as being born with a "golden spoon." However, behind Tyler's facade of success and popularity, there lies a sense of internal conflict and dissatisfaction. Tyler's bullying behavior towards Shea stems from his own insecurities and personal struggles, though they may not be immediately apparent to others. As he projects his frustrations onto Shea, he fails to recognize the impact of his actions and the pain he causes her. Deep down, Tyler feels a sense of guilt and frustration for succumbing to such behavior.

Zoe is a stunningly beautiful and tall girl, sharing a deep childhood friendship with Shea. With her kind heart and unwavering loyalty, Zoe becomes Shea's pillar of strength in the face of bullying. She is fiercely protective of Shea and despises Tyler and his gang for the harm they inflict upon her friend.

Anika Khan is a tall and stunningly beautiful girl at Loyala High School. She carries an air of popularity and confidence, drawing attention wherever she goes. As Tyler's girlfriend, she relishes her position as part of the school's "power couple." However, beneath her glamorous exterior lies a deep-seated insecurity and a desire to maintain her status. Anika's jealousy towards Shea stems from her perception of Shea's beauty, which she sees as a threat to her own popularity. This insecurity leads her to engage in bullying behavior, despite knowing that it is wrong. She becomes caught up in Tyler's actions, feeling the need to align herself with him to maintain her position within the social hierarchy.
