Alannah's P.O.V.
The day after that at school, I was walking around school still in shock. I couldn't believe that we were auditioning for the RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS. As in, the BEST rock band EVER!! The afternoon before, we stayed up till three in the morning practicing. It was fun, but exhausting. Since there was only two days left of school - I knew what college I was going to - we had a half day. In first period, me and Diya talked and talked and talked about what song to do, what we should practice more, and the things we were best at.
"Wait, what will Hannah do?" I ask.
"What do you mean?" Replies Diya.
"I mean, what will Hannah do in the band?" I answer. "We have the instruments covered, and I don't want to leave her out."
"Hmmm. She can be the manager!" Diya says, after a long time of thinking.
"Great!! And Elana?"
"Assistant manager!"
"Perfect. We are going to be the best band ever." I say and we go back to talking.
