Ash was about to take out Pidgeot Pokeball, but he found that the exit had been blocked by those vines and trapped Ash, Clemont and Bonnie inside!

Meanwhile, a those vines had been destroyed by the water shuriken.

Ash: It's Greninja!
Ash recieved the phone call from Nurse Joy.
Nurse Joy: "Ash, your Greninja went missing!"
Seeing Greninja was stumbling, Ash's face quickly become worried!
Ash thought: So you tell me that Greninja is risking his life.....
Greninja: Gren! (Hurry Ash, use bond phenemon!)
Ash: But you're still not fully recovered-
Greninja: Kuga (Don't worry about me, just do it!)
Ash attempt to active bond phenemon on Greninja, but Greninja's wound had made both Ash and Greninja suffers in large strain and makes them screams in the great pain! The scream of pain alone already enough to make Clemont and Bonnie feels creepy!
Clemont: Ash! What happened?
Ash: Sure enough, with such kind of injury in addition of having several years haven't use Bond Phenemon, it still doesn't work.....
Greninja: Just try it again!
Ash: But if we do this, you'll dies-
Greninja: Gren! (But if we don't, there's only more victim!)
Ash and Greninja decided to perform the bond phenemon, Ash was still trying his best to enable his Ash-Greninja form while they bearing the appalling pain!
Ash: "Like...I...would...give...up...like...this!!..ahhhh!!"
After all those appalling painful strain, Greninja had finally sucressfully become Ash-Greninja!
Ash: Alright, now the real battle had just begin! (Pulls out his Lucarionite) Lucario Mega Evolve!
Squishy, Z2: We can't lose either! This time, we'll become one!
Lucario had mega evolved into Mega Lucario, while Z2 and Squishy merged themselves and become the Zygrade Complete form at the same time.
With Greninja, Lucario and Zygrade had powered up into their strongest form, the table had finally turned to Ash, Clemont and Bonnie's side. Greninja, Lucario and Squishy was easily able to taken down those vines one by one. More of those Vines attempt to attack them in omnidirectionally, but those 3 managed to dodge and made those Vines bind themselves.
Ash: Greninja use Double Team and Water Shuriken!
Greninja created the large amount of his clone using Double Team and throw tons of Water Shuriken on those Vines, blowing them into ashes! Ash, Clemont and Bonnie had finally managed to reach the core of those vines. Meanwhile, Ash's Pikashunium Z had bursted with large amount of electric current. Ash sent his hat to his Pikachu, his Pikachu strikes a series of synchronized poses with its Trainer to build Z-Power and absorbs electricity from dark storm-clouds that have formed above it.
Ash: Let's finish this nightmare once and for all! Pikachu, use 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt! Greninja use Golden Water Shuriken, Lucario use Double Team and Aura Sphere!
Pikachu: Pika Pika Pika Pika Pika Pika Pika Pika Pika..Chuu!!!!
Greninja: Gren!
Bonnie: Do it, Squishy!
Pikachu, Greninja, Lucario and Zygrade had used their strongest move at the same time to hit the core. The combined effort of Pikachu's Z move 10,000,000 Volts, Ash-Greninja's Golden Water Shuriken, Mega Lucario's Aura Sphere and Zygarde complete form's Core Enforcer had blowing the core into pieces, ending what left from the Giant Rock once and for all.
Unware for Ash, the combined attack is so insanely powerful into the point that had caused the giant explosion that quickly fills the entire underground!
Ash: Oh no, Pidgeot come on out!
Ash and Clemont had took back all of their pokemon. Ash and Pikachu rides Pidgeot while the Zygrade Complete form taken the lemon hair sibling. The blast behind them was chasing them, but they was eventally managed to escape.
After Ash, Clemont and Bonnie had back to the forest, the flaming pillar bursts outside the hole and nearly pierced the atmosphere. The force of the explosion had briefly shocked them!
Pikachu: Pika! (Woah we didnt know we had went that far)
Clemont: So everything had finally over...right....?
Squishy and Z2 separated themselves and reverted back to core form.
Z2 seeing that all those vines had stopped moving, said "Ash...Z1....you guys finally made it..."
Meanwhile, Ash's Greninja had groan painfully and revert back to it's base form!
Ash begin to horrified: Greninja No!
Z2 speaks in the regret tone: "Your Greninja had heroic sacrificed itself for the sake of Kalos until very end to end this chaos"
Ash begin to cry for losing one of his most bond pokemon, he refuse to believes that his greninja is dead.
Meanwhile, Nurse Joy appears and bought 5 Blissey to heal Greninja, Greninja's wound had been healed and he finally woke up!
"Greninja!" Ash hugs Greninja as he weep with joy
Nurse Joy: "Thanks god it's still alive."
Ash: Thank you for saving it!
Z2: Now that the crisis had end, (looking at Ash) now you can have your Greninja back and (looking at Bonnie) you can have your Squishy back.
Bonnie: Yay!
Bonnie hugging at her Squishy
Bonnie: Squishy, we can finally be together again! I really missed you so much!
Squishy: Same! I'm glad we can be together again too!
Bonnie was hugging Squishy so tight as she can't believe that all those are not a dream.
Squishy: Oww that's hurts-
Bonnie: Oops I'm sorry!
Squishy jumped back to Bonnie's bag.
Z2 thoughts: Human are surely interesting lifeform
Z2: Z1, can you tell me more about human from now on?
Squishy: Will do!
Clemont: Now that everything had finally over, I can finally back to my scien- wait where's Ash?
